Hi, So, we have owned this villa for around 10 years now, it is our holiday home which we visit frequently, when time allows us. Our children have since grown up and so it is just us two now, but we do visit regularly to ensure the villa is always up to scratch. We have a great manager and cleaning team who look after our villa in our absence to ensure everything is just right and our pool cleaner comes twice a week to keep the pool sparkling clean and at the right chemical levels. So, we are confident that the villa is always just as we would like it. We do not let it out mass commercially as a business, we just list it on here for selective guests to enjoy.

Hi, my name is Peter Reilly. I come from just outside Glasgow, and along with my wife Nicola we were lucky enough to purchase this lovely villa in 2018. We have been holidaying in Playa Blanca for around 15 years with our 3 young children (all now young adults), and completely fell in love with it. We hope that you will love it as much as we do.

We are a family run business with over 40 years of experience in Tenerife. We absolutely love Tenerife for it fantastic all year weather and the variety of climates around the island. You can be sunbathing on the coast in 25 degrees and an hours drive up into the lush forested mountains and Mount Teide it can be below zero. In our area it has everything a tourist would want. Every water borne activity known to man. Hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars all competitively priced right on your doorstep. Being on the south coast we are sheltered behind the biggest mountain in Spain. If ever bad weather is in the region, and that's very rare) we usually experience a micro climate which maintains temperate weather. That was one of the main reasons we chose to move into the area. There is a strong British presence, so you can get your Sunday roast or fish and chips if you want! Whilst there is plenty of local foods to enjoy too. The Mare Verde community is low level and has the feel of a Spanish Pueblo Village). It is understood that Elizabeth Taylor had it designed for her. One of its attractive features is the cascading pools that link in to each other via waterfalls and streams. Our spacious ground floor one bedroom apartment is just a few paces away. It's a peaceful resort, ideal for couples and families alike. Well located in the centre of Torviscas next to Fanabe plaza and only a few minutes walk from the harbour and beach. My name is Anne. I am originally from Ireland and now live in Tenerife near to my holiday rental apartment. I bought it four years ago and did a full renovation and refit on it. This was a five month project but resulted in the property being a lovely place for guests to enjoy a really nice holiday. I have owned in the Golf del Sur area for nearly 30 years and love the easy going pace, the green golf courses, the choice of lovely restaurants and bars that are never too full. It is a great area for walking along the seafront, for picking up a bus or two to connect to other places and experience other parts of this beautiful Island.
