Hi, my name is Peter Reilly. I come from just outside Glasgow, and along with my wife Nicola we were lucky enough to purchase this lovely villa in 2018. We have been holidaying in Playa Blanca for around 15 years with our 3 young children (all now young adults), and completely fell in love with it. We hope that you will love it as much as we do.

We've been visiting Playa Blanca since the mid-1980s. Knowing it as a safe, relaxing and beautiful location, we bought the villa in 2007, finding it a great place to bring young children and our parents for family holidays. Since then we have run the villa as a successful holiday rental with positive feedback, on another platform, which has now closed. The location of the villa means everything is within walking distance - a wide range of restaurants, the beach, the supermarket - and the village centre is less than 10 minutes' walk. We've had many fun family holidays at Casa Palmeras, and hope you will too.

We have owned Villa Victoria Costa Teguise for 22 years and been letting successfully for 15 years gathering 92 5 star ratings on trip adviser along the way. We are grandparents of 10 children and have adapted the villas to aid parents to relax on holiday by fitting gates where it helps to create a safe holiday let for parents with infants and in particular parents of twins. We have twins in our family and know how important it is to have 2 of everything equipment wise. We have been coming to Lanzarote for over 30 years and we always dreamed of having the perfect holiday let. We took four years of scouring the market to find our lovely apartment and after making it our own, putting in a new kitchen and bathroom we have now been letting it to happy holiday makers for the last 3 and a half years and most return year after year. Our company built the villa in 1978 when we were property managers and tour operators to Lanzarote. It was designed by a renowned architect on Lanzarote who worked with Cesar Manrique on many of the island's projects. Some of his artistic touches are reflected in the layout and surrounding landscaping. It was our home for many years and we have been welcoming clients to La Cancela Verde since 1990. Many of our clients have been returning year after year and we welcome them as old friends. We are lucky to have a first class management team of an experienced, qualified manager, top gardeners and efficient maintenance so that we endeavour to keep the villa in tip top condition with regular upgrades and renovations, Of all the sites on the island we chose this one, with its commanding views of the sea, islands and mountains yet within easy reach of Puerto del Carmen and its facilities. We most enjoy the space and peaceful surroundings that the villa affords, the privacy that each bedroom suite and terrace have and the comfortable seating areas around the swimming pools.
