As soon as we visited this small apartment we fell in love with it: what struck us most was the tasteful and quality furnishings, the artfully done renovation and the location: in fact this apartment is sunny all day! The residence is an oasis of relaxation right in front of the Parque Natural. From here in 3 minutes by car or 8 or 25 minutes on foot you can reach the Grandes Playas and in particular the Playa de La Entubadera right in front of Lobos Island. The location of the residence allows you to reach Punta Elena Beach in a few minutes on foot, the El Campanario shopping center with restaurants, supermarket, bars and pharmacy, and in 25 minutes the main street Avenida Nuestra Senora del Carmen with its myriad of shops. My husband and I are very proud to be able to offer this apartment to those who seek comfort, brightness and lots of relaxation.

I love the wildness, beaches and coves combined with a laid back feel which really helps me kick back and slow down. The village of Lajares, about a 6 minute drive from the villa is my kind of place. Hi, So, we have owned this villa for around 10 years now, it is our holiday home which we visit frequently, when time allows us. Our children have since grown up and so it is just us two now, but we do visit regularly to ensure the villa is always up to scratch. We have a great manager and cleaning team who look after our villa in our absence to ensure everything is just right and our pool cleaner comes twice a week to keep the pool sparkling clean and at the right chemical levels. So, we are confident that the villa is always just as we would like it. We do not let it out mass commercially as a business, we just list it on here for selective guests to enjoy.

Hi! We bought the property in 2007. We absolutely love the island and it’s hot all year round. It’s five minute walk to the beach, two minutes to the supermarket and restaurants and bars. it’s in a perfect location! Bedrooms are spacious has the property has three bathrooms and four bedrooms.
