We have bought this apartment to use for our selfs, our family and friends so refurbished to my specification with extras that we feel make the apartment feel like home.

We are a family run business with over 40 years of experience in Tenerife. We absolutely love Tenerife for it fantastic all year weather and the variety of climates around the island. You can be sunbathing on the coast in 25 degrees and an hours drive up into the lush forested mountains and Mount Teide it can be below zero. In our area it has everything a tourist would want. Every water borne activity known to man. Hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars all competitively priced right on your doorstep. Being on the south coast we are sheltered behind the biggest mountain in Spain. If ever bad weather is in the region, and that's very rare) we usually experience a micro climate which maintains temperate weather. That was one of the main reasons we chose to move into the area. There is a strong British presence, so you can get your Sunday roast or fish and chips if you want! Whilst there is plenty of local foods to enjoy too. The Mare Verde community is low level and has the feel of a Spanish Pueblo Village). It is understood that Elizabeth Taylor had it designed for her. One of its attractive features is the cascading pools that link in to each other via waterfalls and streams. Our spacious ground floor one bedroom apartment is just a few paces away. About David and Kathleen David and Kathleen live near Southampton in England. Dave is quite new to Tenerife, but Kathy has been coming to Tenerife for over 20 years and still loves it. She has made friends with people who live out there and she speaks reasonably good Spanish. Amarilla Golf has lots for you do do if you want to, but if you just want to unwind and relax, no-one will bother you either. What makes this villa unique The villa is only a short walk from the local supermarket, restaurants and bars. You can see the sea from our villa and at the end of our road there is a coastal path leading to the marina. Of course, if you love to play golf, then there is no better place to stay and if you don't play, then you can watch everyone else. We provide towels, beach towels, two hair dryers, linen, UK TV, luxurious sunbeds, a BBQ and your own large private pool. We love our home and we would love you to share in the experience.

Hello, We are a Dutch couple living in the Netherlands, we visit Tenerife twice a year as we consider it our lovely second country. We have bought this private apartment on one of the most attractive and touristic places in Playa de las Americas, and yet fortunately not directly above the restaurant and heavy traffic, to insure a quiet night sleep. The accommodation building has a main gate that insures a secure entrance for only the residents of this complex who have the gate keys. Our studio is on the ground floor, just near the complex swimming pool.

Golf, beaches, diving, surfing and windsurfing, in El Medano where the world championships are held, and of course, what to say about Teide, the highest mountain in Spain (3,815 m) awaits you, our beautiful volcano.

Hello, me and my family have been living in the north of Tenerife for over five years. We love our villa very much and our second home is 10 minutes drive from it. The fact is that our area of Santa Ursula, on the edge of the La Orotava valley, is the most beautiful on the whole island. Only here, next to the beautiful Puerto de La Cruz, you can simultaneously see the huge ocean and the Teide volcano in all its glory. Being in the villa you always see what tourists from all over the world come to Tenerife for. I love my guests and I want them to love Tenerife the way I love it.
