We are a family run business with over 40 years of experience in Tenerife. We absolutely love Tenerife for it fantastic all year weather and the variety of climates around the island. You can be sunbathing on the coast in 25 degrees and an hours drive up into the lush forested mountains and Mount Teide it can be below zero. In our area it has everything a tourist would want. Every water borne activity known to man. Hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars all competitively priced right on your doorstep. Being on the south coast we are sheltered behind the biggest mountain in Spain. If ever bad weather is in the region, and that's very rare) we usually experience a micro climate which maintains temperate weather. That was one of the main reasons we chose to move into the area. There is a strong British presence, so you can get your Sunday roast or fish and chips if you want! Whilst there is plenty of local foods to enjoy too. The Mare Verde community is low level and has the feel of a Spanish Pueblo Village). It is understood that Elizabeth Taylor had it designed for her. One of its attractive features is the cascading pools that link in to each other via waterfalls and streams. Our spacious ground floor one bedroom apartment is just a few paces away. Welcome to our Ocean and Golf Vista Retreat. we chose this apartment for its splendid view of the ocean and the golf courses, for the private solarium and for the possibility of taking long walks near the sea. Being passionate about sailing, the proximity to the San Miguel marina is another plus!

I'm a retired architect, with a lovely House that has been empty. I like antiques, painting, I have in the House a collection of great Argentine masters, music and gardening. I'm an affable, cordial person and who cares that guests have an unforgettable holiday. In my free time I read and write.

Hello, my family and I have been living in the north of Tenerife for more than five years. We truly love this place, and our second home is located just a 10-minute drive from the villa. Santa Úrsula, situated on the edge of the La Orotava Valley, is one of the most beautiful areas on the island. Only here, near the charming town of Puerto de la Cruz, can you admire both the vast Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide in all its grandeur at the same time. From the villa, you constantly see what travelers from all over the world come to Tenerife for. I genuinely care about my guests and wish for them to fall in love with Tenerife just as deeply as I have.

My name is Anne. I am originally from Ireland and now live in Tenerife near to my holiday rental apartment. I bought it four years ago and did a full renovation and refit on it. This was a five month project but resulted in the property being a lovely place for guests to enjoy a really nice holiday. I have owned in the Golf del Sur area for nearly 30 years and love the easy going pace, the green golf courses, the choice of lovely restaurants and bars that are never too full. It is a great area for walking along the seafront, for picking up a bus or two to connect to other places and experience other parts of this beautiful Island.

We are a couple dedicated to renting these two villas, which were originally for our children, so they were designed and decorated with the highest quality and enthusiasm, and are maintained with the greatest dedication and affection. One of the best things about the villas is what our guests say about them: that although the photos are very beautiful, reality surpasses them.
