Hello! Since the year 2000, we have owned and self-managed our collection of holiday homes in Crete Greece. We have 4 x 4 bedroom villas (each with a private pool) just a few minutes drive from the family beach resort of Almyrida near Chania.

We are Bren and Alan, now starting our fifth year of renting our delightful villa and guesthouse in Mavrata, Kefalonia. Bren has extensive knowledge and expertise having worked in the global corporate hospitality industry for over 20 years. We hope to bring some of this experience to your stay to ensure that you have everything you need to make your stay at Villa Aglaia that perfect holiday experience. Mavrata is a lovely traditional Greek village with a pretty church at its centre and a fantastic family run taverna, Elios. The villa is within easy walking distance of Elios taverna and just 5 minutes’ drive from the many fantastic tavernas and bars on the seafront of the beautiful seaside town of Katelios where you will find lovely sandy beaches and a sheltered shallow sandy bay with crystal clear water.

Kefalonia is a place that once visited is never forgotten which is what happened to us about 20 years ago! After that I set about finding and building our dream home on the island We now welcome a few guests each year to enjoy our home and the island and as visitor numbers are limited, we like to think the villa now is as nice as it was when we first built it.

Both have a strong connection to the customs of traditional Greek hospitality, having grown up on the island of Corfu. Why not spend your vacation here? What is Villa Claire? ..It's a family matter. A four-acre plot of property was passed down to us from our Grandma Claire. The owner then made the decision to construct the home of his dreams. "A Green Hideaway''. The villa's design was devised by the owner, and it was built by local craftsmen using traditional building materials. After that, we put a lot of effort into making the property ten acres in size. Our property was completed over many years with a great deal of work. We have a strong bond with every part of it! .. an amazing property featuring a unique design, chic decor, and an extensive 10,000 square meter fenced private estate with access to well-kept grounds, a private pool, lush grass gardens, and winding stone-paved pathways that provide the utmost privacy. .. an excellent starting point for seeing the entire island, All of the tourist attractions you may want are conveniently close by. Getting there is not difficult from this perfect position. In close proximity lies the bustling Benitses resort, which boasts a recently constructed marina, an abundance of dining choices, and additional tourist attractions. ..a sustainable villa. By investing in solar energy, the owners have significantly reduced their carbon impact. As a result, solar energy powers the swimming pool as well as every piece of equipment and light in the villa.

Dionysios-dimitrios has 4 properties including a 2 bedroom villa with private pool in St. Nicholas Beach, Greece and a 3 bedroom house with shared pool in Vasilikos, Greece.

I studied Hotel management and worked in the hotel industry in managerial position for around 20 years. I worked as General Manager in luxury hotels that included Hotel Villas inside their premises. Aftre that I set up my Hotel & Villa management company managing luxury hotels and luxury villas. Currently I only manage Villa rentals, some of them are rented by our company. We refurbish them, add professional services and offer it to the guests. As I have Hotel Managemnet backround I make sure that everything is perfect in every small detail. I like human contact and all my guests are becoming friends.

Violette has a studio apartment in Athens City, Greece.

The 3 Bed apartment was built in 2016 and the 2 Bed aparment in 2022. Both properties are familly owned and it's operation is managed by a host. The contact person on site is Sofoklis who is managing guest communication and reservations.

We built the villa in 2018 and we already have six years of experience in hosting. All you have to do is wake up, walk 50 steps and be at the most beautiful beach of Rhodes island

We have owned Villa Waves for over 15 years The location , sea and Mountain View’s are what drew us to This Area , we used to have a construction company in london but now own and run two villas in Corfu . We personally meet all our guests and get great pleasure in making their holidays special .
