Our second time at Ardmair Bay House, this time we went with a different group of people. It was even better than we remembered, and the first time visitors amongst the group spent the first few days saying "Wonderful" "They have thought of everything" "Beautiful" "So relaxing" It's a beautiful house, fitted out with beautiful things in a beautiful place. Go and See, but leave a few dates free so we can go back again !!Read more
Fabulous property in the middle of a beautiful village. The house was spotlessly clean and things like fresh milk, butter and a fruit loaf really made it a home from home experience. John and Karen were great, communication was really good - we will be back again. Had a fantastic few days walking in the local area.Read more
A very clean modern and fully equipped house with a stunning view of Ardmair Bay from the excellent terrace. We had a very relaxing week with good friends. We will undoubtedly book again in the future.Read more
Had a great week at River View, Westcliffe House. Home from home. Beautiful, spacious accommodation with such a well equipped kitchen. Lovely welcome gift of local products and essentials. Views to die for too. Loved exploring the woods and feeding Jester the pony in the field opposite. Highly recommended and will definitely return.Read more
Had a lovely stay at Riverview, which has the most wonderful views. Accommodation very well furnished, one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Good communication throughout and we felt very welcomed. Would definitely recommend. Lovely area to visit.Read more
We had a delightful week, (May 2019), staying at Ardmair Bay House - the house is as good as it looks on the website! The house is exceptionally well equipped, and sumptuous features such as the hot tub meant that even on a couple of rainy days, we still continued to enjoy our holiday. On dryer days, we explored the locality, including the mountains. Beautiful! Alison was very helpful, answering a couple of questions for us before we arrived that helped us plan our time. I would highly recommend Ardmair Bay House, and this magnificent part of Scotland for a holiday.Read more

Holiday houses in the United Kingdom
Holidays in the United Kingdom conjure up images of bustling cities, fabulous beaches, rich culture, excellent gastronomy and breath-taking countryside. Stay in one of our holiday houses to explore the UK to its full. Choose from city centre houses, cottages in the country and holiday houses by the sea.
Discover the best of the UK with a Clickstay holiday house. From the wilds of the Scottish Highlands, the iconic castles in Wales, and the quirky streets of Brighton, there’s something for everyone. For a taste of the classic British countryside, rent a house in Northumberland or the Lake District to explore the UK's amazing national parks on foot, bike or boat. For nightlife and culture, locations like London and Edinburgh both offer excellent apartments, but If you're looking for something quieter, you can always rent a holiday house by the coast. Try Devon and Cornwall in the southwest and explore the stunning English riviera. Or, visit Norfolk on the east coast and make the most of its vast open beaches and traditional seaside resorts.
Where to go in United Kingdom
A dynamic mix of ancient and modern, England’s capital sits on the River Thames, the banks of which host the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the Tower of London, the Globe Theatre, the London Eye and many other renowned places.
Lakes, fells, Wordsworth and Beatrix Potter; the Lake District is a haven for nature-lovers. From your holiday house explore the UK’s largest national park on foot, bike or boat; relax in old inns in front of roaring log fires.
Whether you want a luxury holiday house or a remote cottage, Scotland offers it all. Edinburgh, with its imposing castle and Georgian streets, or lively Glasgow; the wild mountains of the Highlands, the white sands of the Hebrides.
Vast, open beaches and fish and chip shops, the tranquil Norfolk Broads abundant with birdlife, or the heritage city of Norwich; a holiday house in Norfolk is the ideal base for exploring this beautiful and historical county.
Rocky coastlines, rolling hills, lush valleys, and rugged national parks, a holiday house in Wales offers you a holiday in a fantastic landscape steeped in Celtic folklore as well as modern cities, crumbling castles and wide, wild beaches.
With pretty harbour villages like Falmouth on the south coast, well known surfing destinations such as Newquay along the cliffy north coast, or wild moorland inland, a holiday house in Cornwall makes for an ideal UK holiday.
The romantic county of Northumberland offers a stunning heritage coastline, castles aplenty, and the iconic Hadrian’s wall. Enjoy uncrowded beaches and vast landscapes, moors and winding rivers, and the puffins of the Farne Islands.
Scotland’s capital is characterised by narrow lanes, Georgian streets and an imposing, iconic castle. With views of nearby countryside and sea, Edinburgh offers historical charm alongside world-class shopping, restaurants and bars.
Brighton and Hove
Brighton, voted one of the top 10 city beach break destinations in the world, is a vibrant mixture of seaside traditions and modern, eclectic sights and attractions; the Pier, the Pavilion, amusement arcades and a lively arts scene.
Wild moors, rugged coastal paths, pub gardens in scenic English villages, cream teas, the fossil-rich southern Jurassic Coast, the north coast surf towns – Devon is the ideal setting for a wholesome holiday in the great outdoors.
