2 bedroom villa rental in Selva, Majorca, with private pool
August 2018

Who is peace and quiet, is just right. The finca is very idyllic. It is clean and the standard decor is ok. The owners try to respond to every customer request and are very nice. Tip: a car with higher ground clearance is ideal. We would definitely book again.

4 bedroom villa to rent in Selva, Majorca
July 2018

However, you should be aware that the main road is right next to the house. Although the area is referred to as quiet, there are quite a few cars just lifting the house. Having said that, we would also like to emphasize that the house is nice and beautiful. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A pool we though well could wish for a bit bigger. But the city is superficial. Limited shopping here so you need a car to shop in approx. 8 km. Away. Note very small streets so do not rent a big car :-) There is a resturant as well as a small cafe, and a small shop with limited shopping.

3 bedroom Selva villa to rent
July 2018

Ideal base for exploring the north of Mallorca. Half hour to Palma and half an hour to the port of Pollenca. The house is equipped with all modern comforts and the 2 bathrooms offer the necessary luxury for 6 people. Also a very modern kitchen with all amenities making it pleasant to cook while traveling. Communication on the spot is difficult due to the rather inadequate English of the housekeeper. During our trip we also had some questions about the pool lighting and air conditioning but never received an answer back.

2 bedroom villa to rent in Selva, Majorca
April 2018

Rental in couple with 1 child of 9 years, early May 2018. Week unusually wet and cold this year (9 ° in the morning, sometimes 13 ° and rain all day). A reversible air conditioning in the living room but no other heating. At night it is very cool in the rooms and the Tramontagne blows +++ because we are high. The kitchen door is original ... but lets the wind. Exceptional view and beautiful infinity pool but to rent when it is hot because electricity is in addition to the price announced. So if used heating = the daily price flames! What happened to us To rent for the view of the mountain and the olive trees, the calm +++ but take a sweater and socks for cold evenings and mornings. Otherwise, the photos are a bit old. The garden furniture is punctured and the mirror of the children's room has disappeared. The children's room has its window overlooking the back of the house and the view of a storage room. But we live outside with such a view!

3 bedroom holiday villa in Selva, Majorca, with private pool
August 2017

Key handover was difficult. Your given coordinates were correct, but we could not find the way to the house (keys on the object!). Otherwise, everything was great and exceeded our expectations.

Travel guide

Villas in Selva

Selva is small, charismatic village north of Inca, Majorca's third largest town. It lies in the hills beneath the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range and guarantees a quiet, relaxing holiday as it is often overlooked by the larger holiday operators.

Despite its isolation Selva itself is easy to get to. It’s a quick drive on the MA-13, a main motorway linking Palma to the north-western part of the island. The town itself is close to several villages with a traditional Majorcan feel whilst offering easy access to the area's outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling and climbing.
