Sa Pobla is a small municipality in the Raiguer district in the north of Majorca. It stretches from the Serra de Tramuntana to the bay of Alcúdia. Situated slightly away from the coast, this old town is close to many of the island's natural attractions and alluring nearby villages. Sa Pobla is at the end of the line for one of Majorca's railway lines and is easily reachable by car and train.
Stay in one of our Sa Pobla villas or apartments to get the best from this area: charming shops and restaurants centring around the town's square; museums and historic buildings. Apart from the town’s historic museum it is worth visiting Sa Pobla's Toy Museum, one of Majorca’s more unusual attractions. Because of its position on Majorca, Sa Pobla offers beautiful countryside and a variety of worthwhile attractions. One of them has to be the Nature Park, S'Albufera de Majorca, with its famous bird sanctuary. The surrounding countryside is also spectacular and makes for great walking and hiking.
If it gets too hot in the summer then cool down at the seaside resorts of Ca'n Picafort and Port d'Alcúdia, both around 20 minutes away. These wonderful sandy beaches offer more than just crystal clear seas: their coastal promenades with shops, restaurants and cafes make them ideal places to while away the day. Rent a villa or apartment in Sa Pobla and enjoy its history and surroundings.
