Rent from owners direct in Spain

I have owned and rented two properties through this website for many years and the properties have proved very popular. The properties are second homes and are treated and furnished as such, but with an eye to being practical for our guests, so that they can enjoy their holiday with some home comforts, like DVDs and CDs. Central to the provision of a great holiday is a great local representative and we are fortunate to have two excellent local property managers. You always have access to the owner by email in any event. All emails are notified to me by text message through the system and I try to respond as soon as I reasonably can. This means a more prompt reply is usually provided than it would be if you were booking with a large company. We are not renting the properties to build a big business, but to cover expenses, which is more difficult to achieve than most people imagine. I am a lawyer and work rather long hours, but I am usually able to respond to emails quickly, albeit often late in the day. I have done my best to provide all the information you need on the website, so do try to look for an answer there before asking a question. Don't forget that people make bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so if in doubt reserve the dates you want (without obligation), and ask a question when making your booking reservation. This gives you a day or so to sort out flights and get answers to any questions you could not find answers to on the website.

The villa is our family holiday home since buying the property in 2001. We then spent 10 years improving it to the standard we would expect, having the pool built etc. but it is not run as a business, just to help us defray some of our costs. The basic rule is there are no rules, just chill out and relax. Hope you enjoy the place as much as we do. We live near Ipswich in the UK, so you will have total access to the entire property. Our nearest neighbours are local Spanish farmers. Lara our local manager, who is fluent in Spanish and English having moved to Iznate aged 11 is always available should you have any issues.

Hello, my name is Nathalie. Originally born and raised in Paris, France, I have lived in the United States from 1985 to 2019. Now I have chosen Gran Canaria as my new residence. Cycling is my passion and I love spending time in the Canary Islands where I can ride my bike in the beautiful mountains. Hola, We are Lis and Paul. The moment we saw Casa Las Brisas we fell in love with it and knew this would be our forever home. We had many happy years in this magnificent place until working conditions obliged us to move to Malaga. After that we used las Brisas as our weekend home but it is a shame that such a beautiful house in such a beautiful place is so empty. Our family bought the villa new in 2005. I worked for BT for 37 years as an operations mananger and retired at the end of June 2010.

My husband and I bought Vista Montana in 2024 after a number of trips around the coast of Spain to find the perfect spot. I am a Wildlife television producer so wanted a location which captures some of the beauty of the natural world, whilst still having local amenities. We love the way the mountains in this area come down to the sea, so you can combine beach activities with beautiful walking. The house itself is a relaxing haven where we can enjoy BBQs and Paella with friends. The Sea/Mountain location also makes a mild climate all year around, avoiding the worst of the heat in the summer, whilst offering blue skies and warm temperatures through the winter. We haven't had the house very long but have already enjoyed trips to rivers, waterfalls, mountains, cities and beach towns and look forward to continuing to explore. We intend to write up our travels so our guests have a wealth of information about places to visit when they stay!

We have had our property for around 2 years and love the freedom it gives us freedom to head out for some sunshine when we've had enough of the dismal English weather.. Regardless of the time of year you can get some sunshine in Torrevieja. We have very fast Wifi so perfect for working so we have the best of both worlds. We love the fact that we are close to beaches and bars but far enough away to have peace and quiet when we get back to the apartment. There are also so many beautiful areas to visit.
