3 bedroom villa to rent in Tsilivi, Greece

Ok, I've put off writing this review because I'm torn. The property was great, a few problems with electricity and the pool but between Simone and Costas ( who was a gem) they were sorted.
I wouldn't recommend this property to a young family as it would be impossible to walk a buggy or young children into tsvili, it's much too dangerous. No foot paths and blind bends. A taxi one way is 6 or 7 euros, which can mount up over the course of your holiday.
We had a ball with 3 teenagers, we loved the pool and watching the swallows in the evening.
Zante, as a whole, has a major problem with rubbish as there's no door to door collections and refuse has to be taken to the skips along the road sides. Animals trail waste out and there is also fly tipping, which us a shame.
People are lovely. Best restaurants were Damaras on the way into tsvili on the right, if you love meat and half way house in tsvili itself for a special night.
Hope this helps. Pam xxx

Had few problems with pool lost Internet couple days. We had a car so basically it was a comfatable holiday it wouldn't have been so good if we didn't have the car it was quite a walk for village especially if returning home late on dark evenings after meals out. Bbq could do with some tlc not what we would call clean for cooking on

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Sea View Villa. We were within walking distance to most amenities and the beach. The villa itself was safe and secure for my 2 year old, and very cosy and warm. We would definitely stay here again. Contact with Mary the owner when needed before we left was excellent. She really put me at ease with a few queries I had.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this quite magnificent villa that helped provide us with one of the most enjoyable and, importantly, relaxing holidays we have ever experienced. On arrival (Sun 5th August, 2012), we were absolutely blown away by the quality of all aspects. It was immaculately clean, incredibly spacious and it is clear that much thought has gone into providing you with many home from home comforts and much, much more. The temperature during our stay was averaging 36 C so the pool was an absolute godsend as was the much needed air conditioning! As this was our first do it yourself holiday where we booked everything ourselves (villa, flights, transfers, car hire etc..) on the internet, it was very re-assuring to know that Lisa, maintenance manager, was always only a phone call away. This was to prove invaluable when we stupidly manged to lock ourselves out one night and, within 5 minutes of our SOS call, Lisa arrived with her spare key. Mike, the pool man is also a gem and very knowledgeable of the whole Island. We took his advice when planning a trip to the Blue Caves and it was well worth it! Needless to say, we would certainly recommend this villa and will definitely consider returning.

Excellent property which provided the basis for a very enjoyable family holiday. The pool needs a little tlc, but we were made aware that some work is planned for the winter. Management company very helpful and attentive. Resort beautiful, and Theos rentals excellent service and value for car hire.
Would definitely recommend to a friend and would use again in the future.
Thanks!

Paradise Villa, what can I say. There was 6 adults and 1 child, we stayed here for 2 weeks, bliss, cant fault anything. The villa is very clean. The area is quiet and relaxing, what more do you want from a holiday. Would not hesitate about staying here again. The walk into Tsilivi was a bit scary at times, as no pavements, but a good laugh. Its worth hiring a car for a while to go exploring. Cant wait to go again.
