Mrs Paul meet us with the keys, gave us a tour showed us how everything worked. The place was very clean and quiet and secure. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to see Antigua away from a hotel experience.Read more
I just love this cottage. I have stayed here a few times by myself but on this occasion I had my friend and her two small children aged 4 and 5. It was perfect for kids, they had plenty of room to run around outside without any worries as the cottage is very secure with fencing all around. From the accommodation itself, to the area where it is located, checking in and out, I've never had any problems. It is a short walk to 1st Choice Supermarket and about a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach at Dickenson Bay but only 5 minutes if you have a car. I have always found the owners to be very accommodating and always on hand to offer help or advice if needed. I really can't recommend this place enough, it's just perfect and I hope to stay there again later this year :)Read more
A pleasant stay for the second time. Mrs Paul the perfect host. Booking was quick and I was able to amend my check in/out times with ease. I would definitely recommend.Read more
We stayed in this villa for 5 weeks. It is in a quiet road and water channel (no dogs barking). The cleaners (who were exceptional) came on alternate days, which worked out quite well as some cleaning packages take 4 - 5 hours. The standard of sheets can vary as they come from a laundry "bank" but on the whole sheets and towels were good quality. The villa could do with an awning to help shelter the patio from the frequent rain showers that blew in, otherwise a really nice patio and furniture for eating out and sun bathing. Nice big bed and modern en-suites. Wi-Fi worked well. HBK the agents sorted out a couple of teething problems and if we had any issues we often saw the repair chap driving around the site. We enjoyed our stay in Jolly Harbour and booked again for next year.Read more
We had an enjoyable stay not for our first time. It has an excellent deck which has partial sunshine almost all day. On the hottest days there is always some shade. The villa has been modernised with most facilities. The beach shops and restaurants are a short walk away.Read more
We have had several stays at this property and have found it enjoyable each time. It is nicely furnished and equiped. Although there is air conditioning we found that if there is a welcome breeze it flows coolly through the villa. We would not hesitate to recommend it.Read more

There are two tiny Islands in the heart of the Caribbean virtually untouched by modern day tourism. Antigua and Barbuda may be separate islands, but both offer pure relaxation to anyone desperate to escape the dreary mornings trudging to work in a grey suit, or those tired of the unpredictable weather and crowded commutes. Exploring Antigua is a glimpse into a complex past, as many used the island as a tropical sanctuary, including Admiral Nelson. If your aim from a Caribbean holiday is to unwind on a blissful, sandy beach letting the sun warm your bones, Antigua is the perfect place. It boasts of a coastline, which looks as though it has been plucked from a post card, see for yourself the natural beauty of the Half Moon Bay or Dickenson Bay. Barbuda is one long strip of pink coast-line and the perfect place to indulge your inner bird spotter. The red breasted frigate bird outnumbers the locals and can be found gliding through the air, hunting food by day and at night they’re nestled in the cliffs for a good night’s sleep.
