  2 bedroom Beautifully Renovated Villa On South Finger
  My stay at the villa was great could have done with spending more time there as personally don’t think 2 weeks is enough 😃. There was a couple of minor issues with which Stacy Spinks property manager dealt with quickly. My understanding is beautiful villa is slowly being given a refurbishment and once done will be fantastic as the Area it is in is idyllic.

  Lovely villa in great position near the beach. Well decorated and modern shower rooms. An awning over the patio would protect from hot sun, otherwise ideal, we had a great time.

  This was our second visit to this villa. It is ideally situated within easy reach of the beach,shops, golf course, marina and nearby restaurants. There is a lovely dock area at the back facing east so it receives the early morning sun. Although there is airconditioning if you open the patio doors and the front window there is a welcome cooling breeze from across the marina waters. We have already booked again.

  We stayed in this villa for 5 weeks. It is in a quiet road and water channel (no dogs barking). The cleaners (who were exceptional) came on alternate days, which worked out quite well as some cleaning packages take 4 - 5 hours. The standard of sheets can vary as they come from a laundry "bank" but on the whole sheets and towels were good quality. The villa could do with an awning to help shelter the patio from the frequent rain showers that blew in, otherwise a really nice patio and furniture for eating out and sun bathing. Nice big bed and modern en-suites. Wi-Fi worked well. HBK the agents sorted out a couple of teething problems and if we had any issues we often saw the repair chap driving around the site. We enjoyed our stay in Jolly Harbour and booked again for next year.

  2 bedroom Beautifully Renovated Villa On South Finger
  A pleasant purpose built resort and marina. Well placed villa, handy for the excellent beach and lovely water views to front of villa. A bit of a trek to and from the supermarket and centre so would advise to hire a car if planning to go offsite or a golf cart, or both. We found the folder with details of resort facilities etc on the last day - would suggest cleaner ensures it is visible for incoming tenants, otherwise very happy with the.accommodation and a/ c was very efficient. Outside It was too hot to sit on the deck much of the time and no shade. There was a parasol base but no parasol evident. Others in the block have a pull out or fixed awning which also means that the only dining area is sheltered from both sun and rain, and we had a couple of rainy mornings. Overall a pleasant, relaxing holiday with everything you need within a reasonable distance. Would recommend. Outgoing tenants did not vacate on time which meant delay getting into villa but rental agent was helpful. Did not communicate with owner but obliged to give rating before posting review.

  The villa is in a great location with a large deck with lots of sun. The villa is newly painted and is clean and nicely decorated with local artwork and well equipped including a new BBQ. One of the nicest we have stayed at in Jolly Harbour and well recommended.
