We had a fabulous stay in Oliva!! We visited this villa for the first time last year and had such a great time, that we decided to book again for this year too. The villa was again perfect, it has everything we need and we were able to completely relax and recharge. The pool is a real highlight, the children absolutely loved it!! Thank you, Bianca for a truly wonderful stay! XxRead more
What a beautiful villa! We have just returned from a 1 week stay, wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the stunning scenery and views from the mountain. Bianca was very friendly, welcoming us with refreshing drinks, a cake and gifts, such a lovely touch. She showed us around the property and made sure we knew how to get in touch with her if needed. Everything is there for a perfect self catering holiday. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment. The villa and grounds were immaculately clean. The swimming pool is amazing, a lot bigger than you realise from the photo's and our children had a fantastic time! There are lots of terraces and nooks to sit and chill plus places to explore. The way the grounds are set out with plants and features was just so beautiful. You definitely need a car to get up and down the mountain as its a long way into Oliva, along a twisty and sometimes steep road but it's worth it for the views. All in all we had a great week! Thank you Bianca for sharing your beautiful home.Read more
Brilliant property with excellent facilities high up in the mountain overlooking Cullera. The view is to die for. The property is very family friendly- we have two young children. Large, over two floors with top and bottom terraces. The pool is on the lower floor of the complex and is accessible via a lift, the pool area is clean with a small and large pool. It has a seating area and also a sauna, as it was still early season (Mid May) we had the pool area to ourselves much to the kids delight. Cullera itself is a lovely town with great beaches and restaurants- brush up on your Spanish- it helps. You will need a car to get around. Highly recommend this property. We had a great holiday!Read more
What a fabulous time we had at Villa Blanca! Bianca, the owner was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The little treats she left for us in the villa were very welcome and she was always available via telephone or email to answer queries. The villa is huge and has lots of little nooks and crannies to enjoy reclining in. The weather was not kind to us (October half-term and torrential rain) but it was still pleasantly warm and we were able to sit under the outside terrace to eat and enjoy the rain! We particularly enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen which is wonderfully spacious and very well equipped. The villa is lovely and cool inside, which I imagine is fantastic in the heat. The temperature for us was just right, but there are heaters for when it gets a bit nippy. The outside areas are beautifully landscaped and the view down to the coast is amazing. We did venture into the pool for approximately 3 minutes but quickly retreated as it was far too cold to swim in. In the summer it would be perfect. The villa is surrounded by orange groves and you can take a pleasant stroll down the hillside to admire the view or there a couple of nice footpaths that take you into the wooded areas of the surrounding hills. It is so peaceful and we rarely saw anyone, which was just what was needed. The town of Oliva is a quiet typical Spanish town with a market on a Friday. You do need a car to drive down into the town (about a 10 minute drive) and once there, there are quite a few supermarkets with parking outside. A further 5 minute drive takes you to the seafront which is a lovely sandy beach with bars and restaurants. Bearing in mind we were there in October in not so sunny weather, we were the only people walking along the beach and we managed to find a cafe to have a coffee and again, enjoy the rain! Valencia is a easy drive (about an hour) along the toll road (about 7 euros each way) but make sure you have a sat nav for navigating around the airport and town. The 6 or 7 lane roundabouts where quite daunting. All in all, we had a wonderful time at the villa despite the terrible weather and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in peaceful surroundings.Read more
A great apartment and ideal for a relaxing break. a car is needed to get around but there is ample parking in town and super parking with the apartment. Found a great local restaurant but you need to hunt around for the right place to eat out. Local beaches fantastic, clean with plenty of space, the nearest beach bar, and the restaurant had a nice vibe. At the weekend the beach bar has a great atmosphere where everyone is included.Read more
We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at this gorgeous villa! Can not fault it in any way. From the moment of booking the communication has been great, Bianca immediately made us feel welcome and we were greeted with a delicious homemade vegan cake on arrival - a lovely touch! The villa has everything you need for a home away from home experience. As vegans we were more than happy to shop locally and prepare our meals at the villa, the kitchen had everything I could need. The views are spectacular and we loved nothing more than sitting on the terrace of an evening looking at the lights down by the sea. We were already familiar with the area having visited Oliva before many years ago, so it was lovely to feel at home so quickly. The beach was a favourite spot, and the churros there delicious! The swimming pool is such a great feature. We arrived with 3 non-swimming children and by the time we left all are confident in the water, jumping, diving and swimming to their hearts content....it was hard to get them out! All in all a fabulous holiday! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would be very happy to return. Thank you 😁 CatherineRead more

A colourful city culture and a wealth of allures and attractions, Valencia almost has the feel of a capital. There are a variety of dynamic landmarks to explore, a thriving dining scene, great nightlife and even sun-kissed beaches on offer. Somehow, though, this city remains hugely underrated. Looking to visit somewhere new? Explore Valencia, and then spread the word...

Valencia is often overshadowed by its somewhat more high-profile siblings; Barcelona and Madrid. However, Spain's third biggest city certainly has a lot to offer when it comes to choosing a holiday destination. I mean first and foremost, it's actually the birthplace of Paella! But seriously, with a beautiful sandy beach, a vibrant social scene, awe-inspiring futuristic buildings and a quintessential old town that exhibits everything we holidaymakers love about Spainish culture, what more could you really want from a weekend away?
