We, 4 adults and a baby, had a wonderful time at the villa. It is quiet but so close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. You can even hear the sea when ita€™s not totally calm while sitting on the terrace of the villa. Having our own pool was great! It was kept very clean by a man who came every few days. We just skimmed the odd fallen berries berries from the trees every morning with the net supplied. The cleaners that came a couple of times during our 14 nights were lovely, and they cleaned so fast so they were gone in no time, but they did a wonderful job. A taxi rank is a minutes walk away, the mini train and a bus to Mahon the same. Beach Villas were great at returning any text

The villa was perfect for our needs. It is simply furnished but is very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. There are lots of other villas around but the location of this one just worked for us. Easy access for the bus to Mahon and the car hire place is the friendliest Ia€™ve ever used. Punta Prima is friendly and the beach is lovely.

The villa is situated very close to the beach and restaurants and supermarkets but in a quiet area which was very relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped. The terrace at the front and side was a very good size with plenty of seating .The poolside area was slightly restricted in not having much spare room where sun beds could be positioned ,but as we were a group of 4 adults we managed okay. The whole area around the villa was extremely clean with picturesque scenery all around . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Punta Prima is a popular tourist resort on the southern coast of Menorca in the Sant Lluis district. It is also one of the oldest towns on the island and is a 20 minute's drive from the capital Mao-Mahon. Besides nice beaches, you'll find many waterfront restaurants where you can experience both international and traditional Mediterranean cuisines. There are also several family-friendly bars with play zones for children.

Punta Prima's many flat countryside paths that stretch along the coast are popular tourist spots for scenic walks, hiking and cycling. Catch a mini train travelling the coastal road between Punta Prima and Binibeca and explore the nearby white sand beaches and picturesque villages. Binibeca and S'algar are just 5 to 6km away by road and their calm, shallow waters are perfect for families with small children.

Rent one of our holiday properties in Punta Prima and enjoy scenic views overlooking a lighthouse and small harbour. Due to its closeness to the capital Mao-Mahon, its spacious white sandy beach can still become very busy at the weekends, with a lively mix of locals and holidaymakers.
