Apartments and villas for rent in Cala'n Porter

Four minutes from Mahon airport, Cala'n Porter is a popular family-friendly beach resort in Alaior district on Menorca's south coast. To the east find limestone cliffs overlooking a white sandy bay, surrounded by shallow, turquoise waters. The secluded west side is quieter and less populated; ideal for those looking for a place to relax in undisturbed peace and tranquility.

Our properties in Cala'n Porter give you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing family holiday. Experience all this quieter resort has to offer; a gently sloping countryside, many walking and cycling paths and the fascinating caves of Xori - once a prehistoric dwelling.

Amenities include a beach promenade with a variety of shops as well as Spanish and English bars where you can enjoy international food and refreshments, complete with a friendly service. There are even a few British-style pubs for those missing a full English breakfast! Cala'n Porter is also within reach of the water sports and diving centre S'Algar. On the third weekend of September Cala'n Porter's fiesta is a must see for it's belly dancing, equine parade and live music.

The region's local gem is an undisturbed beach with clear, warm waters, perfect for taking a refreshing dip or enjoying an afternoon snorkeling with the little ones. To get there, go down by car where you can find free parking, take a bus or simply walk the steps down from the village.

For getting around there is a train service which travels from the centre of the resort to the beach. There are also many opportunities for day trips, with boat services offering excursions to neighbouring regions from the bay. Nature lovers can enjoy guided walks along the coast.
