    Lovely property, beautiful pool. Seamless checkin and checkout. Airport pickup and drop off option ideal. Ten minutes walk to Strip, Paddy's Point, Beach or supermarket. Chris is super friendly, and helpful, responded quickly to any queries. Loved our stay. Only improvement I would say is air con in the third bedroom would be great.

    Lovely location outdoor space perfect. Although there is air conditioning in two of the bedrooms these are on a timer of 2 hours which is not stated in the description. The third bedroom has a standard fan which just swirls round hot air. We did raise this with the hosts on departure and they will raise this with the owner. Despite the air conditioning we had a lovely stay of three weeks.

    The property is very well equipped and is within a really beautiful complex, which is well maintained and very clean. The pool is just a few steps away and very inviting! Neighbours are lovely too. Nice to have the use of your own sunbeds and there are deckchairs/mats & a parasol for trips to the beach too. The bars/restaurants are a 10 min walk in one direction and beach in the other direction. There is also a large shopping village about half an hours walk away. Really liked the option to include transfers from the airport and Chris was very friendly & easy to contact. Thanks for a lovely stay! 😊

    We had a wonderful stay at this villa! It’s perfect for families – so close to the pool, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and even had two fridges, which made our first self-catering holiday feel effortless. The three bedrooms were ideal for our family of five, and the extensive TV list plus reliable WiFi were great for those quiet chill-out times. Chris was fantastic, arranging our airport transfer (not easy with a family of five!) and was so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about both the property and the local area. The little extras, like the cool bag and help with shopping, didn’t go unnoticed and made us feel really cared for. The location is excellent, close to several beaches and the Cabo Roig strip, and the complex itself is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. We didn’t need to hire a car and quickly fell in love with the area – so much so that we’ve already booked to return next year!

Cabo Roig is an upscale and beautiful coastal resort in vibrant Orihuela district, in the Costa Blanca region of Alicante Province, in southern Spain. Nestled between La Zenia to the north and Dehesa de Campoamor to the south, it is just 20 minutes away from Murcia Airport and less than one hour's drive from Alicante. Home to beautiful stretches of sand with crystal clear waters, a superb marina, palm-lined avenues, flower-adorned gardens and picturesque surrounding landscape, Cabo Roig offers a great getaway holiday experience all year round.

Awarded a Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety, local Cala Capitan and La Caleta beaches along with neighbouring Playa Flamenca, are ideal for a laid back day out with family unwinding by the coast. If you're after people watching and a more vibrant holiday atmosphere, the beaches in La Zenia and Campoamor are a perfect option. Overlooking modern Cabo Roig marina, discover the remnants of the town's interesting past at the 16th century watchtower, enjoy a traditional and international cuisine at many restaurants scattered along Cabo Roig Strip, or mingle with the friendly locals at one of the lively Thursday markets.
