Villa Silva is located in the centre of Albufeira Town. It is situated on a quiet road with no through traffic, and benefits from being just a 5 minute walk to the Strip where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and nightlife.

The Old Town is a 15 minute walk with the more established restaurants, bars and nightlife along the cobbled roads with a beautiful sandy beach and lovely sea views.

"The Strip", includes popular bars such as Mickey Boons, Matt's Bar, Patcha, Cuica, Café del Mar, Café Mambo, Savannah Bar, Rick's Place Bar, Zoo, BJ's, Blue Star Cafe, Garage, Reno's, La Bamba, Jazz, Gaggs, Wild & Co and Sultan bar. There is also an extremely popular nightclub, Kiss which is located along the way down to the beach.

Oura beach is approximately 7 minutes walk away with Forte Sao Joao beach being a 10 minute walk away.

There are plenty of supermarkets located close by. The largest supermarket "Modelo" is located 10 minutes walk from the villa. There is also a spar supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

If you require assistance with airport transfers please contact us and we will be able to arrange this for you. Payment for this service can be made directly to the driver when you arrive at the villa and again when you are collected from the villa to be taken to Faro Airport.

Villa Description:

As you enter the gated entrance of Villa Silva there is space for 1 car. The private swimming pool is to the rear of the villa and offers privacy and quiet surroundings to enjoy the sun throughout the day. There are sun loungers, a BBQ and outside dining with 8 chairs. The garden and pool area are managed, cleaned and cut at least once a week depending on the time of the year.

As you enter the villa, bedroom 1 is to the right with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table with a mirror and this bedroom is also equipped with en suite shower facilities.

As you go through the hallway there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area all looking onto the swimming pool. High ceilings with air conditioning to provide an airy and cool area to relax and watch TV or read. It also makes an excellent social space.

The living room has 3 modern sofas, one is a pull out sofa bed that can be used if required. The dining area has a solid wooden table with chairs. There are glass double doors from the dining area leading directly out to the pool and BBQ area

The kitchen is modern and fully integrated with a washing machine, dishwasher and oven. All cups, cutlery, pots and pans are provided for your stay. The kitchen is well located as it looks directly onto the pool and provides easy access to serve food to either the dining area, outside table or BBQ.

Bedroom 2 is located just off the living room with a double bed, large glass windows and sliding doors that lead out onto the garden area. Fitted wardrobes providing ample space to store your clothes.

Bedroom 3 is located just off the hallway. This has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bespoke dressing table with mirror which is located beside the main shower room.

Bedroom 4 is located beside bedroom 3. This bedroom has twin beds, a dressing table with mirror, fitted wardrobes, and en suite bathroom facilities.

All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning.

We provide linen, bedding and the villa fully cleaned for your stay. There will be bath and hand towels provided.
