Great stay for my hen party holiday! Lovely outdoor space and plenty of room in the villa for 10 girls to get ready! We had a few issues which were solved quickly such as the power cutting out and wifi not working but other than that it was great! Can’t fault it 🙂

Great Villa for large group of friends - very close to the Albufeira strip but incredibly quiet even during the partying hours + Pretty much everything - pool is great with the paved area, aircon worked well, beds were comfortable, huge fridge - Showers could do with an upgrade but were adequate for our needs Highly recommend if you are looking for central accommodation for a large party (we were 10)

I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to Jim for all of your help. We booked the 3 villas for 18 of us and Jim couldn’t of been more accommodating. Any questions we had were answered strait away. We needed transfers to and from a few activities we had booked and Jim arranged all of this for us. The villas were clean, comfortable and in a perfect location! A few of us hired cars for our stay however it was not necessary because everything we needed was right on the doorstep! A massive thankyou again!

Absolutely perfect. 5/10 min walk to the old town and 10 min walk to new town. Right in the middle of both. Communication throughout the whole process was seamless. Would highly recommend. We went with 16 guests and plenty of room

We had a wonderful stay for 4nights for my hen party, location is 2mins walk to strip on the new town, taxi 5mins to old town. The night life you can't really hear when in villa. The villa was clean tidy & everything we needed. The pictures now should be updated as the sun lounges ate new much better and the table in kitchen area is now bigger beautiful large wooden table if wanted a family meal inside. Communication with booking was always answered & they also sorted transfers for us which was spot on. Thanks again for this wonderful stay.

Had a great stay at this property for a hen party. We are slightly older and still enjoyed the vibrant location of the strip but I wouldn’t go here for a family holiday. The villa is a little tired and needs a face lift, cupboards etc worn and slightly damp smelling, better mattresses as the springs were uncomfortable in the majority of beds, the other girls didn’t sleep well either. However, it was super clean and had everything we needed for a large group. The location is excellent for the party life of the strip but still quiet and we felt safe. Pool area lovely and personal. Communication with the owner was fantastic and he really looked after us. Organising transfers for us, answering a million questions and communicating whilst we were there. Thank you Jim had a top stay! Would definitely go again.

Very satisfied overall,good location.Only problem was an issue with the electricity to one of the bedrooms.By Thursday it was realised that there was a problem with the AC unit but this was not resolved during our stay meaning one couple had to sleep on the kitchen floor as there was no AC in their bedroom.I have sent 3 messages to the property manager which have been unanswered.I said that I felt the company could offer some compensation for the lack of AC as people should be able to sleep in their bedroom.At present we feel that it is highly unlikely we will.be booking with the Colombia Estates company in future.

Couldn’t recommend this property enough. Superb location, literally <5 minutes from the main road and multiple restaurants/bars/cafes within this distance also, while also providing access to a 10 minute walk to the beach. Despite being so close to the action it was not a loud area and has a lovely residential feel to it. The villa itself had plenty of room inside it for what we needed (a group of 10) and each room was comfortable enough. The pool area was ideal and kept clean while the table tennis table provided plenty of entertainment. The property contact, Jim, was extremely helpful, sorting out transfers to/from the airport, and was always on hand to answer any queries that we had. The location itself is worth the price that we paid for it, and with everything else on top the value for money is fantastic.

I'm going to leave an honest review. The bedrooms and the pool are great, location is good too. This is for stag and hens and parties and I'd reccomend for that. As a family with young children I thought the place needed a real deep clean, there were no parasols and sunbeds are dated. That said the pool is great and location is great too just off the strip and it's really quiet. Ingore the reviews of being loud etc as it isn't, out 3 year old slept from 8pm. My only complaint is that it's not clean enough inside the kitchen areas and the Aircon in double room downstairs isn't working properly. Rest of the place is a good find for the price.

We had a few complaints about this villa, pictures on website are misleading the villa is actually quite small regarding kitchen and lounge area quite squashed for a large group. Furniture outside is plastic not ratten as shown in photos online, aircon broke in one room but this was rectified quickly, mould in other aircons. One shower leaked and the other was not fixed to the wall so had to use alternative showers. Dishwasher was broken and leaked, no parasols although one was asked for. Lots of ants in kitchen area, the downstairs bedroom is very dark and gloomy and no door on it. Building work going on opposite which was noisy and woke us up and carried on most of the day, we was not told about this and would not have booked if we had known. The villa is in a good position for the strip and this is probably the only plus for this villa, it needs a lot of updating. On the last night a group of people arrived and were very rowdy till 1am keeping everyone in our villa awake and the same on returning at 4am!! So was glad to be going, this villa position is more for the younger generation as noisy area and noisy neighbours.
