We had a great time at the villa 😀. Everything was clean and checking in was easy. Transfers were organised by the owner and when we couldn't find the company at the airport they tried to help, all was fine and Transfers then went smoothly. The villa is in a nice quiet area but you can access everything by uber, which are very reasonably priced, so we didn't even look at bus prices or times. The pool was cleaned several times during our stay. The villa had everything we needed and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent stay at Villa Bella. 13 of us stayed here for a stag do. Plenty of beds / bathrooms. Nice big communal area inside and the swimming pool is even better than the pictures. In terms of location it is so well placed. The only shame is we didn't have longer here. Communication was also excellent too and couldn't fault it. Thanks for a great stay

The property is very tired in every room. It needs to have some money spent on it to modernise.   The bathrooms dont lock, which doesn't give you privacy when you are travelling with multiple families.   The grass outside is patchy. Even though the sprinklers come on every day, the grass just can't survive in the heat. This makes the garden area appear grubby, and I think artificial grass or patio would enhance the look.   The pool man came twice when we were there but he didnt hoover up the dirt/sand at the bottom and only added chemicals and used a net to fish out the floating debris (the patchy ground makes it hard to keep the pool clean with soil on your feet)   The large garden table is all marked, which doesn't clean and looks like burns marks on it, and the chairs out there are all miss matched with some broken.   The solarium doesn't have any furniture up there, which is a shame because you can't really use it other than drying your clothes on the washing lines. It would benefit from having a table and chair up there.   The property didn't seem very clean on arrival. It was cleaned again 3 days into our stay, and that did seem a lot better.   The power kept on tripping when we had too many electrical items on. This was reported to Jim, and he sent someone out to look at it, but it continually happened, and we just fixed it ourselves, but it was very inconvenient. The cooker is not good and takes a lifetime, making it hard to cook for large groups. Some pizza trays and baking trays would be useful for large groups. Also, having a smaller 2nd fridge for water because once it is filled with food, there is little space when you think the property accommodates 12 people.   We found that the property was quite far away, even though it was easy enough to get Ubers. You spent a fortune going back and forth because it's hot in August to walk out with children.   Jim was really responsive and helpful when booking and got back to me in a timely manner. He arranged our taxi transfers to the airport, which were good value.   Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property as it needs some TLC.

We visited as 2 families with kids of a mixed age. Villa was perfect for what we needed! Handy for supermarkets, the strip and the beach. Met everyone’s needs!!

Me and my friends stayed here for a week and could not recommend it more!! The pool area was perfect for us and the pool is actually quite deep! The facilities were clean and the location was absolutely perfect for us as we wanted a party holiday right beside the strip!!! Thankyou :)

We had the best time and the villa is excellent.. could do with more parasols around the pool and some outdoor furniture on the balconies. The basement was a bit musty but we did not need these rooms and maybe if they were being occupied it would have helped. Also felt like a welcome pack..book with all necessary instructions for using appliances etc would be helpful.. but these are only suggestions and didn't deflect from the fabulous time we had and the space the villa offered for our extended family was perfect.

Was a prefect stay at the property, everything as intended and told, pool and villa was all completely clean on arrival. Perfect location would defo recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

We stayed at Villa Bella in June 2025 for a hen party. The Villa is so spacious and plenty of chairs/sun loungers/bathrooms for everyone. Jim, the host, replied really quickly with any questions I had and kindly accommodated a late checkout which we were very grateful for. The check in and out process was very smooth. The outside area was brilliant and the pool was clean and deep. You didn’t feel overlooked and could play music etc without any issues. The area is great you could walk to the strip or a taxi is just a couple of euros and very quick. There is a local shop round the corner or bigger super markets a few minutes taxi away. The only issues we had were with the electricity tripping but the host was very responsive and we figured out how to fix this so didn’t cause any big issues. Also would be nice to add some full length mirrors and some basics (cloths, washing up liquid etc.) Overall I would recommend to big groups as it really has everything you need, we would book again. I needed room for 20 people gathering for a 40th birthday celebration. This seemed ideal! Unfortunately on of the three villas was booked. But Jim who took the booking found another villa called Villa Silva for us that was approx 6 minute walk away which was fine. All three villas were virtually next door to the strip. We had a great time for 5 nights. Would definitely recommend. Jim who was my point of contact, always answered any questions I had, it all went very smoothly. He even organised the transfers for the airport. Thanks

We stayed here for a girls trip, there were 9 of us ranging from 23 to 53. Plus points Almost all issues were sorted quickly and efficiently. With the exception of 1 that we reported on our last day. It is a stones throw from everything, great if you are looking for the crazy nightlife on the Oura strip. The villa had everything we needed for our stay. Negative points The alley that leads to the villa from the strip is a bit scary at night, we witnessed a few horrible things. And it absolutely stinks of wee. We had a group of lads try and break into the villa one night, it left us feeling very vulnerable. The police didn’t help us. Jim however from the villa company was super quick to respond and try and help. You’ll see people jumping over into the garden to access the apartments that sit behind the villa once they realise the road is a dead end. If you have anyone in your group with accessibility issues, the pool is not the easiest to step into. One of our group hurt her leg quite badly when trying to. We had no hot water for our last day. Overall, if you want a villa that is right in the heart of it, you are a large group and don’t want immaculate presented property then this ticks every box. Thanks Jim for the great communication.
