Would have loved to give this villa a 5 star rating. Unfortunately the villa is not as it’s advertised, as a luxury villa. The location and the way the villa is laid out is great, but the villa itself is in need of an upgrade and an overhaul. Everything inside was tired and a little tatty and we had to request maintenance to come and sort out quite a few problems. One was the large larder cupboard hosing the cooker was hanging off the wall and was very precarious, another the villa patio doors didn’t lock, and another amongst others was the door handle fell off when opening an upstairs door. This was attended to quickly. Outside area was pretty good, and inside was clean and good beds, though I did find shorts belonging to the previous people who had stayed in one of the drawers. Location was great 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to most bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. It was also a good distance of approximately 20 minutes walk to the old town . Overall a good villa but not as advertised and in need of an upgrade.

Just returned with a group of friends Villa was great location 2 minutes from strip great pool good facilities could do with a little update but nothing major communication with host was good would definitely return . Good size villa too both in and out

We would of liked a little information when we arrived at the villa, the transport driver dropped us at the gate and we were on our own. there was no information in the villa. After a quick look around we needed to get to the shop as no Water, bin bag, hand soap etc. We had to ring the number given as we had no idea where to empty the bins, and told them we found glass on the floor in kitchen lounge and on the stairs, one shower hanging off completely broken, no stuff for game table, the bedroom doors don't close. A quick response, maintanence guy arrived with stuff for game table, looked at the doors and said would sort shower. next day we discovered the other shower upstairs didnt work. The White chairs around the table outside are very thin and bendy. The Villa is tired. needs a little updating and freshen up. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the villa, It was a lovely quiet location with small shop close by and of course the beach. Would i stay hear again YES. The transfers you arranged for us from and to airport were really good, both drivers were very informative and helpfull.

Had the absolute best time at villa Tres! Went for a leavers holiday with a group of 19 and it easily facilitated all of us. Communication with owners was brilliant, any issues and they were at the villas asap and always contactable. Could not have stayed in a better place, located right beside the strip and houses interior was fantastic also. If going to albufeira with a large party then you are missing out if you don't stay here!!!

We stayed at the villa as a family of 13. The space and layout were great for us. Everything we needed plus comfortable beds and lots of bathrooms! Very close to the strip, which was great ... but expect some noise! Communication with the owner was brilliant. He was very helpful before and during our stay. He arranged our transfers which ran very smoothly. The pool area is perfect and sunbeds very comfortable. The villa could do with a bit of an update, but overall a great property to stay in.

Stayed for 3 nights with a group of 23 men and Villa Tres was perfect. The location is great for accessing Albufeira strip and also surrounding areas whilst still quiet enough day and night. Villas are a little dated but still great value for money. Host was accommodating with checking in early and very helpful on the lead up to the stay. Only issues we had was one of the aircon units was leaking and cleaning still needed to be done at 3pm on check in but both was swiftly resolved after speaking with the host. Would recommend the Villas and host, thank you for the great stay!

We stayed during Christmas break, 2 heating units didn't work and the electricity circuit was not supporting the load of all the heating units. We were provided with 2 additional fans but there were constant issues with the fuses. Good kitchen facilities. The photos are not reflecting current state of the property. Great communication.

We had a great time at the villa 😀. Everything was clean and checking in was easy. Transfers were organised by the owner and when we couldn't find the company at the airport they tried to help, all was fine and Transfers then went smoothly. The villa is in a nice quiet area but you can access everything by uber, which are very reasonably priced, so we didn't even look at bus prices or times. The pool was cleaned several times during our stay. The villa had everything we needed and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent stay at Villa Bella. 13 of us stayed here for a stag do. Plenty of beds / bathrooms. Nice big communal area inside and the swimming pool is even better than the pictures. In terms of location it is so well placed. The only shame is we didn't have longer here. Communication was also excellent too and couldn't fault it. Thanks for a great stay
