TYPE OF HOUSE : "Ranch style" Villa made by famous Brasilian arcitect Claudio Bernandes. The house is built using a special wood only found in Buzios, boasting panoramic windows in the living room and beautiful, traditional handmade bricks on the roof.
BEDROOM : 2 suites and 2 Four bed room .Total 12 beds. All rooms with private shower & toilet. From each room you can walk out in our beautiful garden. In each bedroom we have now installed new, top modern high speed fans with 3 different speeds. Very effective.
SITUATED : The villa is on a hilltop with fantastic panorama view over the ocean and the famous beaches Geriba and Ferradurinha
INFORMATION : Everybody have heard about Buzios, Brasil where the rich & famous holiday. This small, charming village with only 170,000 inhabitants) is only a 2 hour drive by car from Rio De Janeiro, where you'll find the finest beaches in Brasil. The climate is pleasant year-round, with temperatures ranging from 17 - 28C in winter (maybe until October) and about 25 - 35C in the summertime ( November until April).
Our house is on a hilltop in a quitet neighbourhood with a short distance to town. Here you can relax in our swimmingpool, have a barbeque on the grill, relax in a hammock on the big veranda . If you want to go the beach then its only 10 min walk from the house to Geriba or Ferradurinha....
In the house there is a nice living room with Free Wifi and cable TV to use.Brasilian and international channels.Library with books to read.English and other languages. There is also a dining area. The kitchen is fully equiped with freezer, fridge, microwave and other fascilities.
We have 1 employee " named Graciane who can help with anything you need to take care of , and we can offer "empregada" service if you need to have your clothes washed and so on. This can be arranged directly with Graciane against a little fee.
From the house it is only 10 min with car to the city centre. We recommend that you rent a "buggy" (beach car) and park it in front of the house.Then it easy to go for a trip to the beaches or have a meal at one of the many nice restaurants in town.

High season is from october until march
Carneval , easter time, the christmas weekend and/or new year weekend are TOP seasons in Brasil and then it is VERY popular to rent a house in Buzios . We have a minimum stay of 7 days and special prices for these 4 periods..!!!
Let me first say that finding a house in a new town in a new country for the first time is difficult for everybody. I have tried to leave as detailed explanation as possible on the Villarenters site.
