Bedroom 4: Located on the 1st floor Beside the main bathroom, double bed, integrated wardrobe with sliding doors and private sun terrace.

Bedroom 6: Located on the lower ground floor, has air conditioning, twin beds, sliding wardrobes. You will need to use the main bathroom with this bedroom. There is also a separate WC beside the living room.

The double sliding doors from the living room lead out to the private swimming pool and outside area. The swimming pool is a good size 8x4 meters. Beside the sliding doors is a shaded pergola for outside dining. There are sun loungers and dining furniture to enjoy the sun.

Villa Colum is located in the heart of Albufeira Town, just 3 minutes walk to the strip where you will find the bars and restaurants that Albufeira is famous for.
The beach is approximately 5-7 minutes walk away, there are beach side cafes to enjoy with plenty of activities on offer
The Old town is slightly further away approx 15-20 minute walk away or alternatively there is a shuttle bus that goes from the strip to the Old Town every 15 minutes.
Everything is on your doorstep with the added benefit from being on a quiet road away from the traffic and general flow of tourists.
