The king-size bedroom features fitted wardrobes, while air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi ensure comfort all year round. A recently remodelled bathroom with a contemporary walk-in shower completes the interior.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Take the elevator to the third floor, where the main rooftop terrace is divided into individual sections where you will find a small private area dedicated to the apartment. Furnished with a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table, it’s a lovely spot to escape with a book, enjoy your morning coffee or simply soak up the sunshine - just a little bonus for guests seeking a small piece of outside space.

ACCESS & PARKING
This is private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no stairs within the accommodation but there are a few steps to reach the front door ot the building. Parking is public outside the apartment.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
• AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
• Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
• You will verify your personal details.
• You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
