We had a lovely peaceful time, exploring the town and island attractions. The traditional house is on 3 levels and has an open atrium in the centre of the second level. It's cool in hot weather and warm in cooler weather. There's a few stairs though, so not so great for the less mobile.

Stayed for ten days.Unfortunately during an atlantic storm,however the rain was warmer than in the uk. The apartment was ver nicely situated and eveything was very clean and tidy. However please change the bed it was quite uncomfortable. All in all a very nice place and we would return.

A very clean apartment with various bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Meet and greet at the apartment was very helpful and a kind gift of water,wine and chocolate was very much appreciated.

location is good, apartment very dated, but clean. Balcony never gets sunshine which was a big disappointment. Cooking facilities very limited but many cafes restaurants nearby.

Booked this stay for the new year period and was charged over €2000 for 9 days. Travelled with my daughter, son in law and 3 grandchildren, one being 8 months old. For the price I payed I expected at least a basic standard of cleanliness, however on arrival this was far from what we came across and to keep my review brief I will bullet point the problems for anyone even contemplating booking this apartment. -Arrived late at night and was given the wrong address from agent, was given address for las flores in adeje which resulted in us being dropped off late at night there trying to find access to a property that we had no right entering. - No mention of there not being an elevator so please realise this as agent have failed to highlight this and the apartment is the top floor. ( Don’t be fooled by the wording of it being a penthouse because that description is beyond hilarious). -Unpacked and opened wardrobe in double bedroom to find a dirty used cotton bud at the back of the wardrobe, ignored this and continued on with using other shelves (big mistake). Next day i realised bugs crawling over the wardrobe and over the clothes. -More bugs crawling over the kitchen cupboards and the dish rack which we did not realise until after we had placed babies dishes in it and found them crawling over the baby bowls we brought with us. - Stained dirty sheets that had hair over them - Filthy bathtub stained with mould, my older grand daughter who is 10 refused to use it and showered at the pool all week. Shower curtain covered in lime scale and mould. Shower head dripping water which handy man had to come fix. Cistern all cracked and toilet barely flushed. -Oven door nearly impossible to open as it was so near to wall - Microwave door melted which had to be replaced - strip club below which you can her the music blaring from until 5am. - No wifi I contacted the agency to report these issues and a handyman arrived that day to fix the shower head and microwave, he was disgusted when i showed him the videos of the bugs and showed me a message confirming the cleaner would be out the following day. Waited in and cleaner did not arrive. When contacting the agency about this we were told that i had not got in contact with them to arrange a suitable day for the cleaner to come which was total lies. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in many places but i can honestly say I have never stayed in a more filthier apartment that this, please avoid you will regret it. i have plenty videos to prove my review but conveniently no option to post !

Fantastic property in a great location.The villa is very nice and was clean.I would recommend hiring a car as it’s in a very quiet location.The only issue we had was the composite decking around the pool broken in a few places unfortunately and was a problem as we had young children with us.

I would recommend this apartment as it was lovely and ideally located, however there is a few things that I would change, having to stop to pick up the key at a different location is not ideal, we were 5 adults and a 2 year old with 5 cases and it would have been so much easier to be met at the apartment and it cost us extra money to have the transfer stop to pick up the key, also a lot of paperwork prior to booking in that we never had to do before, also a hair dryer in the apartments would be great, just a few things to note

Superbly appointed, very private and well above average modern Villa and great for a couple looking to get away from the hum drum of the resort villa. Superb large freshwater pool and sun and shade in equal measure. Good loungers and safe. Easy access to local services and a selection of local quality resturants serving local dishes. Car is beneficial as beach is a long walk and bus service was found to be infrequent if you are restricted to walking. Sky Tv has all channels and wifi is good in Villa. We both thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at this Villa

It was good. A great place to stop location wise. The facilities could do with up dating. Everything would have been better apart from the keys????????? Disaster you only get 1 set??????????? We had 5 blokes stopping there and getting in and out was a nightmare! If they sorted the keys it would be a different experience. A couple or a family its great but for a group of women or men its hard work with not enough keys.

Everything was excellent, the house is equipped with all necessities. Peaceful surroundings, equally close to the sea and supermarkets. In the peak season, the problem is finding parking.
