The property was extremely clean and in a perfect location around the pool. There was a slight problem with the curtains not working properly but the blackout blinds worked fine and the non-closing of the sheer blinds did not affect the enjoyment of our holiday. Any communication with Clickstay was dealt with promptly and fully, we were very impressed. The security of the property was excellent as were the facilities and the addition of underground parking was a pleasant bonus. We would definitely book again.

Marina club is a great little apartment for a couple or small family. Not really suitable for 2 couples as the only bathroom is off the main bedroom. However the apartment couldn't be in a better location over looking the marina with all the bars and restaurants a very short walk. Only downside is it is 4 floors up with no lift. The apartment itself was comfortable for the 2 of us and fairly well equipped. There are a couple of small issues that could do with some maintenance but nothing that would spoil your stay. Without doubt I would book to stay here again and would highly recommend if you wanted somewhere very close to the lively marina action.

Extremely disappointed had maintaince calls on 4 of the 7 days for issues not fully resolved. Outdoor furniture was a disgrace broken and aged cushions ripped loungers broken no cushion. No kitchen sink stopper/ bathroom sink plug broken could not use.showers leaking onto bedroom bathroom floor (one shower resealed during our stay. 2 outdoor showers not functioning? No maintenance for the pool as per advert every 4 days,? WiFi not working new router required on 2nd day. Loss of water pressure a number of times with no warning. Kitchen table space very cramped for 3 people never mind 4? Frying pans x 2 disgrace burned and not for use! While villa was clean the overall stay totally spoilt by lack of finish and broken unusable furniture and fittings. Sink taps not secure rotating while in use, wall plugs in bathroom loose, socket fitting in ensuite loose.wire fittings exposed on lights. Paint peeling all along the base of walls. 2nd bedroom very cramped and window not fitted correctly daylight coming though the frame.i requested to be moved to another villa which was denied.extremly overpriced and not as advertised.

A nice property but could do with some modernisation

A lovely property with all the facilities you require. Spacious and very clean. Beds need renewing as very creaky and new pillows are required. The pool is excellent with a toilet pool side which is very handy. 15 min walk to the beach down hill, walking back takes longer and in hot weather not for the faint hearted. Worth checking the agreed check in time we were told 1400hrs however on arrival it was 1600hrs. Overall excellent.

The apartment is one of approximately 25--30 others within a lovely small complex benefiting from wide sea views. The room has efficient quiet air-conditioning, a comfortable bed, clean microwave, oven and good sized fridge freezer. Directions and communication to get into the property were perfect. Location wise its next to a couple of pubs, convenience store and a restaurants. Everything you need without need a taxi. However, it is majorly lacking in other facilities. The advert stated it has a washing machine; it didn't. It had a communal machine which ruined our cloths with dirty black marks and cost around €2 to use. We had to request to from the agent basics like a chopping board, plug for the sink to do the washing up, clothes hangers (only had 9 in the wardrobe for acouple on a 2 week stay), knives as the two there were blunt and broken, egg cups and a cork screw! These took a few days to be dropped off but we were grateful they were (plug didn't fit) but it showed a little effort. Still, not something you want to be dealing with on holiday. The apartment demonstrated little regard for health and safety. There was no poster clearly displaying emergency numbers, no first aid box when we needed plasters, no smoke detector, no fire blanket or extinguisher. The blanket and extinguisher were at least dropped off by request. The bed lacked a headboard, only one side table which was grubby due to no coasters, no drawers to put smaller items in - they all had to be piled up at the bottom of the wardrobe. Thr bathroom was no better. Towels were old, scratchy and small but clean. The shower head holder was partially broken but did just about function. There was no cabinet near the sink to hold toiletries. These had to be dotted around the sink. Not even a holder for your toothbrush. Don't expect the wifi to reach the sun terrace fence properly without dropping in and out. At near €100 per day the appartment was very poor value for money. Given such a lack of facilities I'm surprised I was even offered some sort of compensatory gesture by way of apology. Oh, and tiny ants everywhere. We won't be using this apartment (No.43) again. In contrast, we were shown by our holiday neighbours No.44 This sets the standard on how to provide a fantastically appointed studio apartment for the around the same daily price.

Returning to an apartment complex and town we have been to many times. Always good

The management team could not have been more helpful with managing our booking and during our visit. The villa had all the facilities to support an excellent holiday and the location was perfect for the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and centre. We have always enjoyed our several visits to Moraira.

The accommodation itself is very beautiful and has a charming, rustic and traditional style. However, it was quite clear that the house had not been lived in for some time. Although it had been cleaned, the overall cleanliness was unfortunately not sufficient, and there was a lot of dust throughout the house. The guest towels were also extremely stained, with marks that had clearly not come out in the wash. The most concerning issue, however, was that cameras inside the property were still active, including cameras in the living room and hallway. We had not been informed about this beforehand, and having active cameras inside the accommodation without prior notice is absolutely unacceptable. This made us very uncomfortable and was the main reason why we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay. The location itself is very quiet and peaceful, which can be a positive if you are looking for privacy and tranquility. However, there is not much around the property, and getting to the city centre or the airport takes more than an hour by car. Overall, the property has a lot of potential and is aesthetically very charming, but the cleanliness and especially the active indoor cameras significantly affected our experience.

Perfect apartment for a family holiday. We have been visiting Javea for years and this is the best apartment we have every stayed in.
