Had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. Everything was top class. Thanks to Andràs and all the staff for all there help. It's so peaceful and quiet. Definitely we will be going back . S & M.

We booked Villa for 5 weeks in March and April 2026 and had a phantastic holiday. We ordered extra heating for the pool which was essential for this period of the year, as well as extra cleaning once a week. The kitchen equipments are very well sorted and there is no lack of glasses or dishes for up to 8 persons. We had same small claims regarding toilets and showers JAVEA HOLIDAYS was very helpful and whenever possible send somebody to repair it. (all within a few days). All bed linen and towels of high quality. We had a poolboy coming twice a week to clean and to control the temperature of the pool we reached a 29,2 degrees. Everbody was very happy. Views are stunning in the morning. Was a very good experience. Regarding payment procedures we had to pay by credit card, as we booked for 5 weeks me credit card had a lower limit, I would have loved to pay by bank transfer. I had some arguments with my bank about a higher limit for this single transaction.

Our apartment was very clean and partial renovated. Balcony had amazing views. Just our preference...but the bed was quite hard. Perfect location, close to train, buses and the beach..a little walk down hill.

The apartment was everything we hoped for. The view from the balcony is amazing and the facilities were great. Communication with the agency was easy and they were extremely helpful. I would definitely book to stay again.

We had a lovely stay and found the villa very comfortable and the patio was fantastic. The reason for the rating was 1. It was very dusty as obviously been empty for a while. 2. Kitchen supplies were rather minimal. There were only two of us and yet there were only two wine glasses and with a big dishwasher for two you really needed more cutlery. Being out of season there were not so many restaurants open and therefore we eat in a fair amount. Also with regard to keeping the place clean there were no cleaning materials at all. Please note I did leave, cloths and sponges etc behind. ( I always bring my own dishwasher and washing machine capsules with me as I would not expect these to be supplied. ) 3. Location - wonderful but I think it needs to be stressed you need a car (we did have one) and the whole area is very steep and anyone with any mobility/age/young children would struggle and also if you need to shop. Parking was excellent and very secure as generally parking was a nightmare not in this road, but elsewhere on the island. I hope that this is constructive as we did really enjoy our stay and felt very safe.

This is a great apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony is lovely, perfect for sunsets. The apartment is on the third floor of the building, with no lift, so be prepared for about 60 steps each time you come in or out.

I must admit I didn't have the best stay here. Firstly I arrived and struggled to find my room. The woman on reception who was also from the UK seemed disinterested and refused to help me stating she couldn't leave reception although there was nobody else to serve or even in the reception area - I had to find a handy-man to help me. Once in my room which was lovely and clean I noticed the fire alarm wasn't attached and bleeping intermittently due to a low battery I'd imagine. At this point I contacted the agency who were very polite and communicated very fast to day someone would be along to help - no helo arrived. I then noticed one or two things such a broken light bulbs so informed the agency also to find out if the owner was aware of this to ensure my damages deposit wouldn't be compromised - the agency told me they didn't know and didn't know if this would compromise my damages deposit. This as you can imagine was quite distressing as I paid £300. I then posted pictures of all damages I had come to find to the agency who said they'd pass this on to the owner. By this point it was around 8pm, I'd arrived around 4pm and was tired and hungry. The next day I called the emergency number and someone put my mind at ease explaining the damages deposit wouldn't be withheld due to these types of damages. This was really helpful. The rest of my stay was not too bad, facilities within my apartment were lovely, plenty towels, a nice shower and great kitchen area and a television which had various apps such as Netflix and even some UK programmes on the TV. Unfortunately the grounds were quite shabby, the staff within Benal Beach continued to be very unpleasant, unhelpful and quite frankly off-putting. The beach is very close which I had a lovely time at. I decided to check out early once family arrived in Malaga and on my last night I noticed a cockroach roaming around my apartment which was the last straw. The next morning I packed up and left first thing and was quite glad to see the back of Benal Beach as the overall experience was a bit distressing due to the lack of support from staff within Benal Beach - all it would have taken was for someone to come and offer some reassurance and kindness rather than talking to various WhatsApp groups. I did ask to talk to the owner and the agency told me more than once they didn't have their number which was quite worrying and bewildering. I did receive my damages deposit back but there seemed to be a communication break down somewhere as this also became a challenge as I had to explain more than once my plans to check-out early and ensure my deposit was being sent back into my account. Not sure I'd recommend this place. I won't be back anytime soon.

As I have limited mobility I took the room with the en-suite. You couldn’t use the walk in shower as it flooded the whole room. Therefore unable to shower at all. The shower and toilet were stained and the bin in the en-suite hadn’t even been emptied. The floors weren’t cleaned. Mattresses stained and cockroaches in the kitchen. Only positive was the location to meet our friends living in Alcudia.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property with very well maintained gardens and patio. The pool was so clean and the air con powerful and kept the whole place lovely and cool. There was a lot of mosquitos so would've loved an electric zapper or maybe some bug spray so we didn't get bitten the first night. But overall location for buses into town was excellent and we so enjoyed the ferry to formentor beach, jet skiing and boats tours.
