Cleaning
The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.

A security deposit of 150€ is required by credit card prior to check-in.
To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities. This applies to all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per person. Your accommodation is legally responsible for collecting these amounts and paying them on your behalf to the applicable municipality. The Municipality Tourist Tax will be collected via credit card on the online check-in procedure.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival and once you have paid your balance. The access codes will be provided 24 hours beforehand, and it is your responsibility to check your e-mails to ensure you have received this information, and it has not gone to Spam.
Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other guests either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and of your departure for check-out.
