The fully equipped kitchenette includes an induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, providing everything you need for an easy self-catering stay. The lounge offers a cosy place to unwind with a Smart TV and dining table and chairs, and large patio doors fill the room with natural light and open directly onto the garden. * an extra guest could be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge and a travel cot is available for babies.

The private plunge pool is perfect for cooling off during the day or enjoying a relaxing evening dip with a glass of wine. ACCESS & PARKING
This is private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no stairs to enter the apartment.
Parking is on the street, directly outside the building, free of charge and plentiful.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
• AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
• Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
• You will verify your personal details.
• You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
