🛏️ The property has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The first features a 135 cm double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe and Smart TV, as well as a private bathroom with shower and heated towel rail. The second offers a spacious 160 cm double bed, two wardrobes, direct access to the terrace and a spacious en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, bathtub, bidet, double sink and heated towel rail.

The lounge-dining room is spacious and welcoming, equipped with a sofa bed, Smart TV and a comfortable massage armchair, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or excursions. The property also has an additional toilet and centralised air conditioning and heating, providing comfort throughout the year. ❄️☀️

🌿 One of its main attractions is its glazed terrace of approximately 30 m², an ideal space to enjoy during any time of year and even equipped with Smart TV. From it you can access directly to the garden, where you will find a pleasant pergola and hammocks to rest outdoors. The barbecue in the garden is not permitted for use for safety and fire prevention reasons.

🍴The independent kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a washing machine, additional freezer, blender, pressure cooker and osmosis tap, providing extra comfort for family stays.
