Our Beautiful 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom single storey home situated on Clear Creek, with a large south facing pool and spa. Peaceful location, yet close to the Walt Disney World Resort.

Our home is situated in a quiet neighbourhood of single storey homes, with little passing traffic and backing onto a conservation area.

The home boasts a lovely south facing pool with a spa, which is not overlooked.

The home is open plan with a comfortable lounge area, with large TV, a dining area, and fully equipped kitchen area.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, including 2 Master suites, a further 2 bedrooms which share a 3rd bathroom. All the bedrooms have a smart TV.

The property is no smoking and is pet free.

Our home has everything you would want for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Family Room/Lounge & Gaming Area
The Lounge is spacious with comfortable and modern seating for guests. The lounge has a large TV for relaxing in front of when the parks have worn you out, Bluetooth speakers for listening to your own music from your own phone or tablet.

The lounge also has a selection of games to while a way the evening. The snug area holds a card table.

Dining Area
The dining area is practical with plenty of seating with further dining seating at the breakfast bar and outside. We have a coffee bar for our guests!

Kitchen Area
The kitchen is well equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Sleeping
Our home has 2 master suites. The first having a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, with bathtub, separate shower, hand basin and separate wc which has access to the pool area. The second master has a queen size bed, large wardrobe and en-suite with walk-in shower. The third bedroom is a twin room, while the fourth features two sets of bunk beds and a fun Disney theme.
These rooms share access to a third bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and overhead shower.

Pool and outside
Our pool is south facing, benefiting from the Florida sun for most of the day (with optional pool/spa heating available).

The pool and spa area is completely private, backing onto a conservation area and has privacy fencing on both sides. It has a covered Lanai area to provide welcome shade from the sunshine. Sit and listen to the peaceful surroundings in the day, and the Disney fireworks at night! There is parking for 2 cars on the drive.

Other features
The garage has been converted to provide an air conditioned games room and laundry area featuring a pool table and retro gaming console. For those travelling with infants, we also provide a stroller, high chair and travel cot.
