We are Ian and Tracey and have been travelling to Florida from the UK since the late 1980s and love it, as the 4 children came along we bought them to Florida numerous times. We started renting villas when the children were small, always enjoying our stays and the freedom it gave to our children. We like to explore the whole of central Florida and find new things to do each time we visit, as well as returning to "old favourites". We started renting villas from other owners when the children were small, always hoping that we would be able to own one day. A few years ago we rented a home that was so good that when it came up for sale we had to buy it. We finally took the plunge in 2025 and bought our own slice of paradise, and we hope you like our home as much as we do.
