The villa stands out for its traditional architecture, classic decoration with artisanal details and spacious, well-distributed spaces. It features an equipped kitchen and functional bedrooms, as well as an independent bedroom in an annex with its own entrance. The upper floor is not part of the rental and only the entrance is shared with the owner, without affecting the guests' stay or privacy.
For added comfort, the villa has air conditioning in the main living room, the hallway and the master bedroom. The outdoor area is completed with a stone barbecue, perfect for preparing lunches or dinners and sharing them outdoors.

Privileged location

Its location is one of its great differentials: Villa Bay is very close to Corralejo's main avenue and, at the same time, only 1 minute's walk from the beach. Although it has no sea views, its proximity to the coast allows you to enjoy the beach practically on the villa's doorstep. Furthermore, you can walk to restaurants, shops and services, explore the centre or head to the port to visit Isla de Lobos, without needing a car.
