The house has two carefully furnished bedrooms: the double bedroom offers a welcoming and relaxing environment, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a practical pull-out bed, ideal for adapting to the different needs of guests. The bright and welcoming living room is the heart of the house and includes a comfortable double sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two people, as well as a TV for pleasant moments of leisure and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare and enjoy your meals in total autonomy thanks to the presence of an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and everything necessary for daily life. The interior spaces are completed by two functional bathrooms, designed to ensure convenience and comfort even during longer stays. To make the experience even more pleasant, the villa is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, washing machine and heating, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the year. Convenient private parking is also available for guests. One of the main strengths of the property is represented by the outdoor spaces. The private garden, immersed in the tranquility of the Mediterranean scrub, offers a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding landscape and glimpses of the sea, creating a relaxing and authentic atmosphere. The presence of a barbecue and an outdoor dining area allows you to fully enjoy summer evenings, sharing convivial moments under the starry sky of Salento. The villa is located in the charming town of Capilungo, Marina di Alliste, one of the most authentic and quiet areas of the Ionian coast of Salento. Characterized by a mostly rocky coastline, clear waters and spectacular sunsets, Capilungo is the ideal destination for those who want to immerse themselves in nature and enjoy a crystal clear sea away from confusion. A short distance away are the renowned seaside resorts of Posto Rosso and Torre Suda, perfect for walks on the sea and days of relaxation. In a few minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Salento, such as Punta della Suina and Lido Pizzo, famous for their golden sand and turquoise waters. For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:

• for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
• for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
• for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
  For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
