ACCESS & PARKING:
Guests have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. Free parking is available directly inside the building in an underground parking garage. There is elevator access to the apartment and there are no stairs within the apartment itself.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
