Villa Il Torrazzo – Villa with Private Pool and Sea View in Versilia

Perched on a private hilltop estate with a 6-hectare park, Villa Il Torrazzo is an exclusive 18th-century villa featuring a private panoramic swimming pool (10 x 5 m), surrounded by olive and lemon trees, with breathtaking sea views over the coast and nearby islands.

The property boasts spacious panoramic terraces, an Italian-style garden, and pergolas fully equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners — perfect for unforgettable sunset moments of relaxation. On one side, the sea of Versilia; on the other, the peaks of the Apennines: a unique location between sea and mountains.

Just minutes from the most renowned seaside resorts of Versilia: Viareggio (11 km), Lido di Camaiore (16 km), Marina di Pietrasanta (19 km), Forte dei Marmi (27 km).

Close to Lake Massaciuccoli (16 km) and Tuscany’s main art cities: Pisa (31 km), Lucca (36 km), Pistoia (65 km), Florence (114 km).

The ideal choice for a luxury holiday in Tuscany, in a sea-view villa with private pool, combining relaxation, culture, nature, and the beaches of Versilia. The property is accessed via an approximately 1 km unpaved road that is not steep; therefore, we recommend driving slowly.
