This authentic semi-detached Tuscan villa is divided into 3 apartments, carefully furnished to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. This flat is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 8 people, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for relaxing with family and friends.

The flat opens onto a large open-plan space with a kitchenette, dining area and living room. The kitchenette is equipped with a hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric kettle and toaster. A spacious dining room with a table that can seat up to 18 people and a cosy living area with sofas, smart TV and open fireplace complete the space.
