House with sunny terraces and garden, located just a 5-minute walk from the virgin beach of Son Serra de Marina, in the north of the island and 50 km from the airport. The house is located on a quiet residential street. The area is mainly residential, safe, quiet and popular among families. Private parking on the property. Air conditioning (cold and heat) in the living room/dining room. Fans and heaters in the bedrooms. Cot and high chair available upon request (free of charge). We offer our guests an umbrella and chairs to take to the beach. High-speed internet. Google Chromecast installed on the TV.

Paddling pool (diameter 244cm and depth 60cm) The pool is large enough for 3/4 adults sitting. This house is perfect for families and for those seeking a relaxing holiday in a quiet area, away from the masses and hotels.

All windows and doors have mosquito nets.

The house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom number one has a large double bed (180x200) and has its own private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom number 2 has 2 single beds. It is possible to install an additional single bed free of charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Nespresso coffee maker available for our guests. Shop, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant and bar within walking distance (less than 3 minutes on foot). The beach is at the end of the street. We provide bed linen and towels for all our guests.

The house has a fan and A/C only in the living room and in the master bedroom.

The eco-tax is not included in the final price and will cost €2.2 per adult per night from May to October and €1.65 for the rest of the months.

NO stag parties and/or bachelor/bachelorette celebrations are permitted. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption.
Days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
