Detached house in L’Escala accommodating up to 8 guests, with a private outdoor area and a pool for your exclusive use, open all year round.
The house has four bedrooms: two with a double bed each, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms with showers, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor.
The bright living and dining room has air conditioning, and the separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware. There is parking space for one vehicle within the property.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, close to beaches, shops and restaurants.
Pets weighing up to 10 kg are welcome, except potentially dangerous breeds.

A security deposit of will be charged by card upon arrival and refunded within 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price.

tourist tax (guests over 16 years old),
towels including one bath towel per guest, one hand towel and one bath mat per bathroom),
final cleaning (cost depending on the property).
Optional paid services:
pool towel, baby cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some properties), late check-in after 8:00 pm.
