Villa Dolfins

Villa Dolfins is a charming Mediterranean-style villa of 100 m², located in the peaceful Torre Solí urbanisation, just a few minutes from the famous Son Bou beach. With capacity for up to 5 people, it is the ideal accommodation for families or small groups seeking comfort, privacy and sea views.

The villa is distributed over two floors, with direct access to both the main floor and the ground floor, offering a comfortable and functional layout.

On the main floor there is a bright living-dining room equipped with Smart TV, free wifi and air conditioning. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and capsule coffee maker, perfect for enjoying a worry-free stay. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. From the living room you access a spacious and pleasant covered terrace, ideal for relaxing whilst enjoying magnificent sea views. In addition, the master bedroom is located here, which has a double bed, air conditioning, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The ground floor houses two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds. On this floor there is also a complete independent bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers a well-maintained garden with a large private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, and a covered area with sofa and chairs, perfect for moments of rest. At the back there is a brick-built barbecue, next to a table with chairs and awning, designed for enjoying pleasant meals and dinners outdoors.

For groups formed by guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and house rules have been respected.

Tourist tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
