Finca Biniparrell Vell

Finca Biniparrell Vell is a charming rural accommodation located on the Biniparrell road, in the municipality of Sant Lluís, surrounded by extensive vegetation areas that guarantee tranquillity and privacy.

The property has a large outdoor area with private swimming pool, garden, private parking, terrace and pergola. Guests can enjoy 10 sun loungers with 2 umbrellas. Next to the entrance there is a pleasant outdoor dining area, with table and chairs under a pergola, as well as a brick-built barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals.

Inside, the property has a spacious living room equipped with large sofas, flat-screen TV, free wifi and views of the garden. The decoration combines a cosy rustic style with subtle modern touches, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped (includes dishwasher) and also has a table and chairs for daily meals.

The villa offers 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of them with bathtubs and one with a shower. The distribution of the bedrooms is as follows:

1 room with two single beds
1 room with one single bed

Some bedrooms have air conditioning for added comfort.

The maximum capacity of the property is 10 people, making it an ideal option for families or groups looking to enjoy the Menorcan countryside with all the amenities.

Important information: Finca Biniparrell Vell is located in a rural setting with areas of the estate dedicated to agricultural use, forming part of the charm and essence of an authentic Menorcan estate. Occasionally, the farmer responsible for the agricultural operations may access the agricultural areas situated around the estate to carry out farming tasks. These visits are occasional and limited exclusively to agricultural work areas, with no access to the dwelling or to the private areas used by guests, therefore they do not interfere with privacy or the enjoyment of the accommodation and its facilities.

For groups consisting of guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.

Tourist tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands. Should this tax not be included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
