Welcome to this comfortable duplex in Costa Adeje, ideal for up to 3 guests.

It is located within a quiet and well-maintained complex, where the outdoor area invites you to relax: a community chlorine swimming pool, 5 x 5 metres and 1.4 metres deep, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for sunbathing peacefully. The grounds also feature an outdoor shower, as well as a football and basketball court.

The duplex has a furnished private terrace that becomes your favourite corner: perfect for breakfast with ocean views or spending the afternoon with the sea breeze as your companion.

Inside, everything is thoughtfully designed with good taste and a cheerful atmosphere. The lounge-dining room, charming and comfortable, includes satellite television and wifi so you feel at home. The kitchen, equipped with an electric hob, oven, Italian coffee maker, microwave and complete kitchenware, allows you to prepare your favourite meal.

The rest area is divided into two bedrooms (one of them on the upper floor): one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, perfect for families. The private bathroom has a shower.

You can park on the street. The location is a plus: you are only 1.3 km from Fañabé beach, one of the most pleasant in Costa Adeje, known for its clear sand, relaxed atmosphere and seafront promenade full of restaurants and small boutiques. Costa Adeje in general stands out for its mild climate all year round, its accessible coves, its elegant shopping areas and a gastronomic offer that combines local cuisine with international proposals.

To bear in mind:

Supplement for arrival from 16:00 to 20:00: 30 EUR (to be deducted from the deposit)
Supplement for late arrival from 20:00 onwards: 50 EUR (to be deducted from the deposit)
