Casa Xabi offers a warm and elegant atmosphere, with 2 bedrooms each featuring 2 double beds of 150x200 cm, with capacity for 4 people. Its modern design and abundant natural light make each room comfortable and relaxing.

Self-Service Property
Casa Xabi is a self-service property. We leave shower gel and body lotion dispensers, bin bags, toilet paper, and a small welcome pack upon arrival as a courtesy. Once these are consumed, guests must replenish them themselves, as we do not provide extras during the stay.

Additional Guest Policy
The daily base rate is set for 1-2 guests. Each additional guest per night incurs an extra charge and must be correctly indicated in the number of guests when making the reservation.

Air Conditioning
The accommodation has air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring comfort throughout the year.

Check-in Process
Once you confirm your booking, you will be asked to complete a mandatory online check-in through our app, which also serves as a digital guide during your stay.
From the app you will receive:

Your personal access code for the electronic lock (physical keys are not used)

Check-in from 3:00 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM
