Olbia Airport is only a 20-minute drive away, making it easily accessible for guests. Porto Rotondo sits on Sardinia’s northeastern coast, 16 km north of Olbia, nestled between the Gulf of Cugnana and the Gulf of Marinella. Porto Rotondo is part of the prestigious Costa Smeralda and is famous for its sandy beaches, charming atmosphere, and glamorous marina.

The apartment is accessed via a charming external staircase that opens onto a rustic private balcony, complete with a dining table for six—perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Sliding glass doors lead into the open-plan living area, which features a dining table adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer. At the far end of the room, a comfortable sofa sits beside a staircase that ascends to the mezzanine bedroom.Sleeping

After a day by the sea, visitors can enjoy the town’s wide choice of restaurants and bars, perfect for sampling Sardinian specialties and soaking up the lively atmosphere.In the summer months, the marina—only 6 minutes away—becomes a glamorous meeting point for some of the world’s most luxurious yachts. An evening stroll along the port reveals a taste of the international jet set. From June to August, Porto Rotondo also hosts the charming “Porto Rotondo in Fiera” street market every Wednesday morning.Everyday essentials are easily available from nearby supermarkets and small shops, while a short 20-minute drive brings you to Olbia, home to vibrant farmers’ markets three times a week.
