The house counts on fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge +freezer, Nespresso coffee machine etc.

Living room equipped with DVD, satellite TV, iPod docking station and wifi. Please be aware that the fourth bedroom (to use if 8 people in the party) is a spacious bedroom with no windows & a bathroom, in the basement of the villa.

The property also counts on a heatable private pool (heating service not included in th rental price - optional surcharge)

• Full weekly cleaning (after 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels included only for stays longer than 1 week.

• 1 Cot and Highchair available free of charge on request. The second cot and high chair has an extra cost of 10.00€ per day (for both).

*** A security 400€ deposit is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

*** One dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the whole duration of the stay.
