This beautiful, very private villa is laid out on one level. Fantastic views across Javea to the sea and surrounding mountains, and is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is no passing traffic.

The villa is surrounded by grassed and terraced areas with built in barbecue and table with chairs. From the large , 10 x 5 metre pool, with roman steps,the views are across open views to the arenal bay of Javea, with the montgo mountain behind.

On entering the villa, you enter the sitting room, and then into a corridor to the bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite and the other three bedrooms share a full family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

There is satellite television, and wifi. The large kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is in the adjoining utility room.

Javea town, with its shops and market is less than a five-minute drive away. Also less than a ten minute drive brings you to the blue-flagged Arenal beach with its shops, bars and restaurants.
