Located in Javea, Villa Maracuya is a beautiful 6-bedroom villa with a private pool where you can make the most of those hot, sunny days. The villa consists of 2 levels, in the lower part we have the kitchen open to the living-dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Upstairs there are another 4 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The villa is only a 5-minute drive from the lively bars and restaurants of Jávea and the well-known sandy beach El Arenal, a popular Blue Flag beach. The Tossalet area, a very quiet area a few kilometers from Javea. From this town we can access each and every one of the coves of Javea, which are all worth visiting and being able to observe the diversity that nature offers us.

Fabulous stay at the villa in August 2022 with 4 children aged 3-14 years. Villa was very clean with plenty of towels/bedding, all rooms were suitable for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were clean with fabulous shower pressure. And the pool...it was great! All of us loved it, was really deep at one end and very refreshing....
