The 6,700sqft Watersong clubhouse is situated centrally within the resort and offers a wide range of free to use facilities including a fitness centre, games room, business centre, community pool and spa, children’s play area and volleyball courts.

POOL HEATING There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. This house features only a Pool and SPA

BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

***PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a drive way that can accommodate up to 4 cars. Watersong Community does not provide overflow parking. Vehicles are limited to garage or driveway space, and there is no street parking. Thank you for your cooperation.

PET POLICY Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
