I can't recommend renting from Plus Vacation. We planned to be 12 people in this house but ended up being only 8 people, I've been renting properties like this once or twice a year for last 17 years and this is the worst of all. Kitchen utensils for shame, broken pans, broken kitchen utensils, 9 food dishes for 20 people, Wine glasses for 6 people, knives and sections mixed with junk and only for 8 people. Other knives completely unusable, not woven drawers in an oven. There were no rags or floor cloths or to wipe kitchen utensils. I expect to get much better service than we got, as I have previously had to let owners know about something that is bad, all other house owners have sent new items and not some used items from other houses, but this reaction didn't come from you, and that's really bad Outdoor area not as per picture of house, very poor outdoor chairs, net for outdoor area torn, swimming pool dirty. There's a lot of wildlife that shouldn't be in such an area. We got another coffee machine enough for 12 cups, but it was old and had a broken stopper. And new 2 slice toaster instead of 4 slice toaster, we got pots instead of pans and they had loose handles . We had four other chairs to have outside. Something good ...... beds were good and bathroom okay, this would be fine for people who just plan to sleep there and not use any of the furniture or kitchen utensils. We had a great stay at the Villa. Only thing I would complain about is, when I got the price for the villa they did not include tax until the day before we left. This meant I had to ask the rest of the party for more money at the last minute. This has never happened before in the last 22 years. If your looking for lots of room on your vacation this is the villa to have.

The living room couches need cleaning. Lots of stains that stink. The loose couch pillows are really stinky. Suggest a steam clean & remove the pillow covers & wash. Both dishwashers did not work when we arrived. We fixed the left dishwasher. The water "stripping" was inside the machine & not installed. We installed for you and therefore we could use it for the 20 days we were there. Beds were comfortable & nice clean washrooms. Because the pool has no "cage" it does catch lots of palm tree debris. Otherwise a wonderful location. Close to Disney and grocery stores. Very quiet and secure vacation home.

We booked 439 Orista Drive with Plus Vacation Homes for our two-week family holiday, and we were thrilled to find a place that was big enough for our stay, the advert and pictures looked great, and it looked like it was good value. When we booked, the initial auto response from ClickStay was a little misleading on the location of the property, but when I messaged Plus Vacation Homes about this, their response was very swift and Omar reassured us that the property booked was indeed 439 Orista, and that they would resolve this with ClickStay. Omar and his team were very responsive from the minute we booked our stay, and provided very quick and thorough responses to every query we sent (despite the time difference to the UK). Details about our stay was sent to us well ahead of our trip, including villa access details, bin collection days, and free wifi access (which was brilliant for the whole family). Everything was very easy to follow and use. Upon arrival at the villa, we were very VERY impressed with how modern and clean it was! The rooms were all very nice and spacious and well made up. The pool and surrounding area was great (before our trip, we were asked if we needed pool heating, but we said we could let them know when we arrived. We didn't need it in the end as the weather at the time was a very hot 105F - We told Omar and his team we did not need this, and they were totally fine with this and not pushy at all). The games room was a hit with the whole family! The villa location is a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Distance to the parks and International Drive was very good, really accessible to the US192 and then the I-4. There is also good selection of restaurants and small stores within a 5 - 10 minute drive, as well as two big supermarkets (Publix & Walmart) for any food shop required. All in all, the villa and our booking with Plus Vacation Homes was faultless, we enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would happily book this villa again if we return and would 100% recommend to anyone. This house could be very good. However it is tired and needs a good spruce up. The owner Omar answered my questions promptly, which is a good job as I messaged him virtually every day. The advert promised free pool heat for the entire 10 night stay however we got NONE. As I said I meesaged Omar about this and was told it was working, only to be informed at the end of the stay it was broken and needed replacing. They gave us a rerfund of 150 dollars which is not enough. The house can accomodate 14 people and we were a party of 11with 3 children and the pool deck furniture consisted of one small table with three chairs(one of which was broken) and TWO loungers. I told Omar that this was totally unacceptable. He never commented on this. We were given the incorrect code to get into the which took 3-4 hours to get sorted as nobody answeered the phone for that time. The games room is a joke witgh a dilapidated pool table and an air hockey table with holes in the surface. The decor of the house is not too bad although holes in the walls have been filled very badly and the ceiling over the cooker is filthy. There is a massive tree which towers over the pool and limits the sun to half the pool area from 11-4pm. This tree also means the top of the pool netting is covered with rubbish from the tree.Some of this filters through the netting and creates a fine dirt on the pool surface and eventually on the bottom of the pool. The netting is also torn in a couple of places. There is no doorbell on the front of the house which means if you are in the rear sitting area or pooldeck you cannot hear if anyone is there. As I said at the beginning this house could be very good and it is in a lovely estate and location. However at the moment work needs to be done with the customer in mind .

Property was lovely and had everything we could need for our stay We did have a few issues with the pool heat which we had pre-booked and paid for up front, didn’t get this working for the first 3 days, but it did get sorted eventually

Absolutely perfect stay at 325. The villa was stunning, spacious and had absolutely everything we needed and more. Perfect base for getting to the parks and well equipped to accommodate children and adults alike. We all had a fabulous stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely consider booking again when we return to Florida ☺️
