We had a lovely holiday everything was brilliant , the only down side is the pool area as it’s doesn’t have a covering over it there was a lot a tree debris in the pool every day and there was only there was not enough pool beds and chairs to accommodate a bigger group probably because the pool area is not that big but apart from that the house is beautiful Thankyou for letting us stay 👍

Our stay could have been rated 5 stars if the condition and cleanliness of the villa was better. It needs a really good clean ahead of guests arriving and some serious TLC. The patio/pool area was not clean, lots of debris and dirt around walls, ceilings and the ground. We had lots of ants in this area despite no food being left in sight. Around front of villa there was plenty of ant hills around the driveway and footpath to porch too. The BBQs we did not use either of the 2 that were already there, they were filthy, caked in dirt and grease. The internal vents were very dusty and several shower heads thick with black mould/scum to the point where it smelled bad when showering. One of the shower drains clearly blocked as the water wouldn’t drain quickly when showering. During our stay 4 cockroaches were found in the villa on separate occasions - surely this is a sign this place is not clean if what I’ve already described isn’t enough? Areas that need maintenance - two missing panels to the netting over the pool in the corner, allowed lots of insects in. I think this is the most shocking for the owners/management company to either overlook or just choose not to fix. Most of the loungers had very old, ripped cushion seat covers that we would not sit on. The condition of which is definitely not pictured in the advert. The spa pool light (they are on timers) worked when it wanted to but the main pool didn’t work at all during our stay. Not a big deal for us but again highlights the lack of care and maintenance to this property. Everything else about this property (space, location, communication with owner from booking to checkin) was good. It’s just a shame this villa does not reflect the advert entirely and it let down majorly by cleanliness and a very poor attention to maintenance and upkeep on the owners/management company’s behalf. Please do better!

A rather mixed, long review… The night before we arrived, I had a message to say the house had a plumbing issue and wasn’t ready to hosts guests. They offered an upgraded alternative which was NOT an upgrade in the slightest. I replied quickly and then heard NOTHING for hours. That was one of the most stressful few hours trying to find a villa for 9 people with less than 24 hrs notice. It was sorted eventually but was just the start of the problems we had here. Good points: - Location. Near to parks. Really nice estate. QR code to get onto the estate so to felt nice and secure. 7/11 walking distance. Church walking distance. - Reasonably priced. - Pool heat was just right. - Large house - Washing machine and Tumble dryer were great. We used these loads. - Initially we were told it may not be possible, but they provided two travel cots for us (we have 8month old twins), so we really appreciated this. Bad points: - Cleanliness. Still had crisps on the carpet and coffee/filter in the machine. They sent a cleaner the day after I told them about this. - Lots of broken items: Air con stopped working one night and it was HOT. Fixed the day after. The glass panel of the oven fell forward twice. Fixed the day after. The sink drainage pipes had a massive leak (like 15 bath towels clean up). Someone SORTA fixed the day after, but left a bowl under the pipe and this had to be emptied every 3 days, so it wasn’t really fixed. Back door lock was broken. Fixed day after. TV in living room was blue - like the screen was damaged - and never connected to any channels. Never fixed. There were lots of dead worm / caterpillar things in the house. Not sure what these were, but we mentioned it to the team and were just told to keep doors closed. The doors being closed didn’t improve the number of them turning up. Coffee machine eventually broke and we bought a new one and left. Then one of the beds broke / dropped in a corner. This resulted in my husband dropping my baby. This happened on the 13th day and was not repaired. - Fridge was always leaking. - Furniture needed a wet vacuum - Front door locked but it was very loose so you could have easily opened it with a bit of a push. - There were far too many cooking spoons but not a single oven glove or tea towel to use the oven safely. No fire blanket etc. - I must have contacted the property team at least twice a week and I don’t think that is good enough when on holiday. I just want to shut off. So to summarise, there were multiple issues, many of which were sorted when reported, some which weren’t. I don’t think this home was up to standard for rental just yet, but with a thorough deep clean and maintenance session, it has great potential. But for now, I wouldn’t recommend this property.

We had a lovely 2 week stay, the location is great for the parks. All the bedrooms are comfortable mostly with their own bathrooms. The kitchen supply’s were lacking slightly but we ate out most nights so not an issue for us. We had one cleaning issue which was sorted very quickly, it was easy to make contact too. All in all, a nice property perfect for busy days at the parks and a little down time in the pool. Would recommend

Villa 7033 We stayed at this villa in Orlando for three weeks and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Firstly, the environment was not family-friendly at all. Most nights, locals and short-term renters nearby partied with loud music late into the night, which made it hard to relax. The villa itself was in poor condition and not clean when we arrived. The pool area was dirty, and there were only two loungers for a family of seven — one of which was broken. Several other issues made the stay uncomfortable: • The alarm for the pool door did not work. • Many blinds were broken. • The leather sofa upstairs was cracked and damaged. • One of the double beds had a completely collapsed mattress, making it unusable. • The kitchen was poorly stocked (only one teaspoon and three mugs for seven people). A kettle was eventually dropped off after we complained, but nothing else was addressed. The so-called “games room” was a broken pool table in the garage, set on a slant, with seven cues but no tips — unusable. Outside, the front porch roof was broken, so when it rained, a mini waterfall poured down, making it impossible to get to the car without being drenched. There was also no exterior lighting near the property or the door lock, which felt unsafe returning at night. This villa could have so much potential if properly maintained, deep-cleaned, and invested in. As it stands, it is not suitable for families. There are many better alternatives in Orlando, and this standard should not be accepted. We raised all these issues and were eventually offered a late check-out of 1pm as “compensation,” but even that required a lot of pushing on our part. Overall, we would not recommend this villa.

Where do I start, I will start with the good bits that the villa could be a lovely villa if they put some work into it, it’s also in a great location. The bad bits well…. It was dirty the carpets in every room are filthy the skirting boards was dirty also walls. My dad cleaned all windows as they was disgusting and pool area the pool was green and also needs some good repair. We reported the pool and they shocked the pool and was unable to use for 2 weeks as to much shock it was burning the kids eyes. We was made aware by the neighbour not to use the hot tub as it has been disconnected and not cleaned or emptied for 5 years. We decided ourself to drain the hot tub and refill just so they children had something to go in. The kitchen had a broken microwave and fridge wasn’t the best the ice maker I wouldn’t touch that it’s disgusting also draw fronts was falling off. One double bunk bed has a split in it also blinds was broken. The gaming in the shed well one pool que. I made a complaint while we was there and got a not so nice email back from the company. I pointed everything out and they sent someone over to look at the bits we pointed out we cleaned ie the bannister windows pool area ect. They then sent out someone else when i mentioned that’s stuff we already cleaned the second time someone come they connected the hot tub (on week 3 our last week) that was leaking so water kept going down. They told us the microwave was being changed on the monday and that was never done. This villa needs some good tlc and it would be an amazing villa. We have stayed in many over the last 16 years with clickstay and this has to be the worst villa we have stayed in. I’m hoping I got everything in but I’m sure there is way more I’ve forgot I have sent photos to the company management

The villa was perfectly situated for all of the Orlando tourist attractions and less than 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. The villa was very clean and so spacious and included all the amenities we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and we had more than enough towels for our stay. The children particularly enjoyed the pool table and air hockey in the garage. The pool area was spacious too and not overlooked at the back at all which was very nice. There are a couple of things we would feedback to improve; the first is the mattress in room 1, it felt so stiff and hard, it was extremely uncomfortable, thankfully there were only 4 of us so we used an alternative bedroom. The second is regarding the pool area as the furniture was a bit worn out and only x2 sun loungers - i imagine if there was a larger party that would be a bit frustrating. Additionally the pool had a lot of green algi when we arrived, however after an email, the maintence team cleaned it immediately. It did start to turn green again though the following week. Overall, we would highly recommend this villa, it was thr perfect base for us as a family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank-you for having us! 😊

! Upon arrival we found the property wasn't really that clean and items were broken. Rubbish was around the outside bins (notice on the fridge saying we would be fined for it) Towels were dirty - one even had blood on. The kitchen and dining area constantly had ants/spiders. We would put breakfast on the table and within seconds the bugs would be all over it. The bbq and area was also dirty so we ended up having to eat out for every meal. The "games room" was rubbish half of the equipment didn't work...the dartboard didn't even have numbers on it! The worst part of the stay was the communication with the property manager! I never been insulted and spoken to so badly by a company representative. When we arrived the pool was not clean. We raised this as a concern straight away and was told someone would be out to look at it. The communication was poor and very slow. We gave permission for the pool maintenance to attend the property but then we were told we would have to wait in all day...not what you want to hear when you've paid a fortune for Disney tickets. We complained again as the pool filter was still filthy and there were clumps of hair and lots of fake eye lashes scattered in the pool. We cleaned the pool ourself! One email in particular left me shaking and full of anxiety. After that I didn't feel safe in the property and wanted to go home. The pool alarm wasn't on

Arrived to find owners vehicle left on driveway, we panicked thinking someone was at home! Pool was green, pump broken took 4 days to be moved home. Internal home is filthy, dirt and stains on walls and wood work. Outside seating area full of cigarette ash and cigarette butts. 2nd house was larger but pool was still green, pool man came next day and put chemicals in, 6 days into holiday we finally had pool. Pool net broken! 2nd house was still just as dirty, stains and dirt on walls and wood work. Carpets heavily stained. Vomit splatter up furniture and on carpet in one of the bedrooms. Overall not the best £2,500 spent!
