The villa is located near Caravigno, just a 4 minute drive from the town, which is a small town in the Puglia (Apulia) region of southern Italy, in the province of Brindisi. It is known for its charming historical center, traditional whitewashed houses, olive groves and proximity to the Adriatic Sea. The town has a peaceful, authentic atmosphere and is less touristy than some nearby areas, making it ideal for a relaxing Italian getaway. The nearest airport is Brindisi Airport (Aeroporto del Salento), which is about 25 km (about 30 minutes by car) from Carovigno.

This spacious villa in Carovigno accommodates up to 10 guests and offers a comfortable and well-equipped interior across a single floor. The layout includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms, providing ample privacy and convenience. One bedroom features a double bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Another has a double bed and its own bathroom. A third bedroom also offers a double bed and en-suite facilities, while the fourth is furnished with a one-and-a-half bed and a private bathroom. An additional bathroom with toilet is also available. The living room includes a sofa bed for two.

The villa is thoughtfully equipped with a wide range of amenities, including heating, air conditioning, a jacuzzi, baby cot, mosquito nets, safe, TV, bidet, showers, hair dryer, and both indoor and outdoor furniture. Guests can also enjoy the garden and gazebo, as well as modern appliances such as a fridge, indoor fireplace, dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, and alarm system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a barbecue, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, oven, and dehumidifier.
