The villa is a spacious ground-floor villa offering 220 m² of living space, designed to accommodate up to four guests. The villa features two comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One of the bathrooms is fully equipped, while the other includes a full range of amenities for your convenience.

The interior is well-appointed with a variety of thoughtful features, including a shower, garden furniture, and a fireplace for added warmth. The villa also comes with heating, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, and fridge. For added comfort, there is a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, and an alarm system. Guests can enjoy outdoor meals with the barbecue, while the villa's peaceful surroundings ensure a relaxing stay.
