The house is perfectly set up for outdoor living with; a sun deck, an alfresco dining area, a gas BBQ and the most inviting infinity pool. Here guests can relax and enjoy incredible views across the fields to Gharb’s beautiful Basilica Tal-Madonna.

Inside, the light and airy townhouse is stylishly furnished with a blend of carefully chosen pieces that complement its natural limestone walls and traditional charm. The bright, open-plan living space also incorporates the kitchen/dining room and is comfortably furnished with a 6-seater sofa and a smart flatscreen satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a large dining table.

Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe

Bathrooms 1 & 2: Both the first and second bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a WC

The property is in the charming village of Għarb on Gozo's northwestern side. Several restaurants and grocery stores are within a 5-minute drive, and the local Tal-Massar Winery is just a 5-minute walk away.

Għarb is a peaceful rural area known for its skilled craftspeople. Visitors can meet local artisans at Ta’ Dbiegi Crafts Village, a 3-minute drive away. Dwejra Bay, with its natural inland sea pool, is a 10-minute drive, perfect for swimming and diving. Ramla Bay, Gozo’s largest sandy beach, is 20 minutes away, famous for its red sand and clear waters.

History enthusiasts will enjoy Victoria, Gozo’s capital, just 15 minutes away. The city features a medieval citadel, museums, and St. George’s Basilica, with cafes and market stalls in Independence Square and al-fresco dining in St. George’s Square.

Gozo has a Mediterranean climate with over 300 days of sunshine each year, making it ideal for outdoor activities year-round. Malta Airport (MLA) is the closest international airport, about 1 hour and 30 minutes away, including a ferry ride from Gozo to Cirkewwa, Malta, passing by the scenic island of Comino.
