Vivo Mare Seafront Villa is a spacious six-bedroom holiday home with room for up to 12 guests, making it a great choice for large families or two families travelling together. Set right by the sea, the villa offers peaceful views of the water and its own private swimming pool, just a short stroll from the beach.

Outside, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax — from sun loungers by the pool to a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue for easy family meals. A hot tub adds an extra touch of comfort for the adults, while children will love having room to play.

Inside, the 250 m² villa is bright, modern, and fully air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, a TV, a pool table, and a safe. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also provided — ideal for longer stays.

The location is especially convenient for families, with a quiet rocky beach just 130 meters away and a sandy beach just 400 meters from the door. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are all close by, with Ayia Napa’s lively town center 3 km away and the popular Water World water park just 10 km from the villa. Larnaca Airport is an easy 60 km drive.
