Enchanting little house near the sea, with a maximum capacity of 2 persons in s’Estanyol d’Artà. Outside you will find yourself in the middle of the countryside, in a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the Majorcan sun and relax in the jacuzzi with water at room temperature. Next to the house there is a corner with armchairs and a sofa where you can have a vermouth in the middle of the day or contemplate the stars at night. It also includes a Balinese bed for outdoor enjoyment. At the entrance is the outdoor dining area and next to it the barbecue area to prepare great grilled meats and vegetables. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours in the surrounding area.
We step into the living- and dining kitchen, which counts with a sofa-bed and a dining table. There's satellite TV, Wifi and air conditioning. The kitchenette works with a vitro hob and counts with an electric oven and all necessary utensils to prepare your favorite dishes during your stay, as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is only one bedroom, with a double bed. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. There is a bathroom with a shower.
The house is situated in a quiet coast area, not far from the sea. In the next village, Colònia Sant Pere, you will find all necessary services. The nearest beach is s’Estanyol, at only 400m from the house. It is a natural, untouched beach, with rocks and small stones, mostly visited by the locals. s’Estanyol is the perfect place for hikers, with lots of signposted tracks.
