At the back, you'll find another terrace where you can have a delicious breakfast and also cook on the mobile barbecue.

The cozy two-story interior has a simple style with essential amenities to make your stay perfect. Upon entering, you'll find the living dining room equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The separate kitchen has been recently renovated, is and equipped with a ceramic hob. A bathroom with a shower completes the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find the 3 bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the second one has 2 single beds and air conditioning; and the last one also has twin beds and a ceiling fan. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Finally, you have a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as a crib and high chair if you're travelling with your baby.

The townhouse is located on a quiet private street - where you can park 1 vehicle - next to the Chipiona Lighthouse. It's only 150 meters from the nearby Regla Beach, which offers a variety of services and beach bars, and a beautiful seaside promenade to the Monastery of Our Lady of Regla and beyond.
